Details

A Training Rooted in Energy, Embodiment & Awareness This program offers more than a certification. It is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and align with the subtle intelligence that moves through all things. You will learn to perceive the body as energy, teach from a place of presence rather than performance, and cultivate a field of coherence within yourself and your students. Who This Is For This training is designed for those who feel called to teach or deepen their practice through stillness and energetic awareness. It is suited for yoga practitioners, healers, therapists, and anyone drawn to exploring the relationship between consciousness and embodiment. No previous teaching experience is required. All that is needed is a sincere curiosity and willingness to embark on an inward journey. What You’ll Learn • Yin Yoga Foundations: Dive into postures, anatomy, meridian theory, and energetic sequencing to develop a comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga. • Quantum Principles: Examine vibration, coherence, and the transformative power of presence and intention. • Subtle Body Studies: Explore chakras, meridians, fascia, and the intelligence of the energetic body. • Yoga Mythology and Symbolism: Understand the stories that dwell within us and connect us to the past, present, and future. • Meditation & Mindfulness: Practice techniques to anchor awareness and expand your consciousness. • Somatic & Trauma-Informed Teaching: Learn about nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and how to hold space for others. • Living Yoga: Integrate the concepts and principles of the 8-Limbed Path as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. • Teaching Skills: Master the art of cueing, sequencing, and creating sacred containers for healing. • Integration & Self-Discovery: Engage in journaling, creative reflection, and embodied practices to support your journey.

Location

Tambon Mae Pong, Thailand

Doi Saket District is a მშვიდ and scenic district just northeast of Chiang Mai, known for its rolling hills, rice fields, and a slower, more traditional pace of life. Surrounded by lush countryside and dotted with temples like Wat Phra That Doi Saket, the area offers a peaceful contrast to the city while still being easily accessible. With its blend of rural charm, mountain views, and a growing wellness and retreat scene, Doi Saket is especially popular among those seeking quiet reflection, nature immersion, and an authentic northern Thai atmosphere.

A Mala Dhara Chiang Mai Yoga Retreat Center, Eco Resort and Organic Farm, we like food, we like eating and we like to share. Our Kin Dee Plant Based Vegan Restaurant is the very heart of Mala Dhara and reflects our attitudes and ethos. We like our food: fun, fresh, local, organic and quality in every way possible. We strive to pour our hearts out, laugh until it hurts and take the source, quality and taste of all of our ingredients seriously. The Mala Dhara menu changes with the seasons, the harvests and the playful creative juices flowing through our living kitchen. We prepare vegetarian meals that stand on their own, jump off the plate, vie for your attention and delight your senses. There are no weak tofu dishes, bad lighting, and casual browns. The Mala Dhara Kin Dee Plant Based Vegan Restaurant is not your typical vegetarian restaurant. Come and see for yourself.
