Begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in,

Just letting go.

Just releasing,
Relaxing,
Just letting go.
And I would like you now to bring your awareness all the way down,
Down to your feet.
And at the count of three,
I would like you to tighten all the muscles of your feet and calves,
Just holding this tension in your feet and your calves until I tell you to release.
As one,
Two,
Three,
Tightening all those muscles of your feet and calves,
Just holding this tension,
Holding this tension within your feet and calves.
And release,
Just letting all those muscles go loose and limp.
And I would like you to move up,
Up to your hips and thighs.
And once again,
At the count of three,
Tightening all those muscles of your hips and thighs.
As one,
Two,
Three,
Tighten all those muscles,
Now holding that tension,
Holding that tension within your hips and thighs.
And release,
Just feel how good it feels,
Just to begin to let go.
And now,
Moving up to your stomach.
This time,
At the count of three,
Take a deep breath in as you tighten those muscles of your stomach.
And exhale as you release the tension in those muscles.
As one,
Two,
Three,
A deep breath in,
Tightening your stomach,
Holding this tension.
And release as you exhale,
Allowing your stomach to fully let go,
To fully relax.
And once again,
Moving up to your chest and shoulders.
At that count of three,
Tightening the muscles of your shoulders and chest,
Tightening the muscles of your shoulders and chest,
As you take that deep breath in.
As one,
Two,
Three,
A deep breath in now,
Tightening those shoulders and chest,
Holding this tension.
Just holding this tension.
And exhale and release,
Just letting go.
Just feel how good it feels to fully let go and relax in this way.
And now moving up to your face.
And just like before,
At the count of three,
Tighten all the muscles of your face.
As one,
Two,
Three,
Tighten all those muscles now,
Tightening the muscles of the face.
And release.
Just feeling your face go nice and smooth and soft.
And now,
Taking a nice deep breath in,
With nothing else to do but fill those lungs.
Nice deep breath in.
And exhale,
Just releasing and relaxing,
Just down even further.
In a moment,
I will have you take another deep breath in.
But this time,
Imagine breathing in a warm,
Healing white light,
Helping to cleanse your body and energy.
And taking that deep breath in now,
Allowing yourself to fill with this white light,
This white light flowing into your body.
And exhale,
Just relaxing even further down.
And another deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with this warm,
Healing light.
And exhale.
And on this next breath,
I would like you to hold that breath when your lungs are full.
As you hold that breath,
Imagine this white,
Warm,
Healing light expanding out through every cell,
Every fiber of your body.
And as you exhale,
Imagine breathing out a dark,
Wispy smoke,
Taking with it everything you no longer need.
Your doubts,
Your fears,
Any negativity you may be holding onto.
Taking that deep breath now,
Filling those lungs with that healing white light.
And holding that breath,
Feeling it expand throughout your body and every cell,
Every fiber.
And exhale,
Releasing that dark,
Wispy smoke,
Carrying with it anything you no longer need.
And once again,
Taking that deep breath in now,
Filling those lungs with that warm,
Healing light.
And holding that breath,
Feeling it expand out throughout your body,
Again into every cell,
Every fiber.
And exhale,
Just releasing that dark,
Wispy smoke,
Carrying with it anything you no longer need.
As your breath finds its own natural rhythm,
Allow this warm,
Vibrant energy to begin to intensify.
Take a moment now and become aware of what area of your body you feel this the most.
And there's no right or wrong,
Just wherever you feel this the most.
You may feel this in your hands,
The top of your head,
In your chest or legs.
Wherever it is for you,
Just become aware of this,
This vibrant energy beginning to intensify.
And as this energy continues to grow and expand,
Any thoughts that form in your mind,
Simply acknowledge them and let them drift away as you focus on this energy growing and expanding within you.
And now feel what is within this energy,
Feelings of love,

Take a moment now to feel the energy of these vibrations.
