Aloha and Namaste my beautiful friend. This is Rei, Your Transformational Soul Coach and I am so grateful you're here with me today for this guided meditation on cutting old energetic cords to release what is not yours and enter into what you might be. If you are ready to start this process of surrendering the past with love, Forgiveness and joy, Give yourself a nice big long inhale in and exhale out through the jaw, Through the mouth. Two more times just like that. Breathing in, Feeling your whole body expand like a balloon and very slowly, Gently letting go. Last time together in and as you exhale soften, Relax every single part of your body, Feeling a wave of relaxation move down from the crown of your head, Relaxing your eyes, Your jaws, Your neck, Your upper back, Lower back, Hips, Knees. You know that deep, Deep, Deep down in your heart that you are a good person, That you deserve all of the goodness in the world because you are inherently a good human being, That you are whole, Complete, Loved just as you are. If the answer is yes or if you want it to be a yes, Then take a big breath in to your chest and out as we enter the portal of the next version of you. This is main character energy. Now visualize, Imagine, Sense, Feel a grand, Beautiful mirror in front of you. How big is the mirror? Does it have a frame? If it does, What is it made of? Is it curvy or straight? You cannot get this wrong. What we are doing is waking up your creative, Intuitive side because neuroscience shows us that your brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is vividly imagined. So when you imagine this now incorporating all your senses, Your whole body, This becomes a very real and powerful experience for you. Now slowly walk up to this mirror, See your reflection and notice what do you see reflecting back? And how does this reflection make you feel inside? Are there any thoughts that arise? Maybe a judgment? Maybe criticism? Maybe comparison? Maybe old stories your mind wants to tell you about who you are or who you should be? Breathe and simply observe, Watch, Notice without any judgment. Notice how you speak to yourself in this moment. Are you kind? Are you critical? All these patterns that you are noticing, These feelings, These thoughts, Are they from now? Or can you trace them back to an earlier time? Watch as the mirror begins to shift and change. Maybe you see a younger version of yourself. Maybe you see your mother. Or your father. An ancestor. Or even a past life. Notice what first appears and what is the energy that they are carrying with them. These are the cords we are here to cut today. These inherited patterns, These learned ways of seeing yourself that aren't serving you right now. It's time to let this go. And so if you're ready, Take a deep breath in and out as you place your hands on this mirror. And feel the coolness of the glass. And instead of breaking the glass, We are going to transform it. Watch as the mirror begins to shimmer and change. The old reflections, The inherited patterns, The conditioning, The stories that aren't yours begin to fade away like mist. And in its place, A pure golden light, So bright, So shimmering, Begins radiating from the mirror. Take a deep breath in. Fill yourself up with this golden energy. Hold the breath at the top. Place a gentle awareness in the point in between your eyebrows, Your third eye, The point in between your chest and the center of your navel. And slowly exhale. This light reflects who you truly are. Underneath it all. Now look at this new reflection. How is your expression on your face? How does your posture change? How do you carry yourself when you're not carrying everyone else's expectations anymore? What energy radiates from your being when you are free? Look deeper into this new reflection. Look into your own eyes. What is the message, This wisdom, That is rising from this part? What is the wisdom that wishes to be embodied, Transferred, Integrated, Downloaded into your body, Into your DNA right now? Breathe this into your body as a beautiful light. And exhale. Spread that light all around. This is you without the conditioning. This is you without the inherited trauma. This is you in your full power, Full truth, Full magnificence. So with your next breath in and out, Begin to notice and see the energetic cords that still connect you to those old patterns. These might look like ropes, Chains, Or threads extending from your body back into the past. Some cords might go to your family line, Some to old relationships. Some to societal expectations. And some to versions of yourself that you have outgrown. Take a deep breath in. Call upon, Merge with this higher self. Feel your guides around you and say, Silently or out loud, I lovingly release all that is not mine to carry. I cut these cords with gratitude for the lessons. And I choose my truth. Visualize now a golden scissor or a sword of light in your hands. And with each inhale and exhale, With each breath, Cut each cord. Snipping the cord to others' expectations of you. Snipping the cord of perfection. Snipping the cord to people pleasing. Snipping the cord to anything that keeps you small, Addicted, Dependent, Clinging. Snipping the cord to limiting beliefs about your worth. Snipping the cord to the need to be anyone other than yourself. And watching as these cut cords dissolve, Transform into golden light. Can you feel lighter, More liberated and free? Can you feel your energy returning to you? All this power. All this wisdom. Yes, Just like that. Inhale it into your heart. Feel this new energy pulsing through you. You exhale. And now place both hands on your heart, Feeling your pulse, Your rhythm, The flow and music inside you. Know that this is main character energy. This is what it feels like to be the author of your own story. You are the dancer, The choreographer of your life. No longer bound by what others think you should be. No longer carrying what isn't yours to carry. You are free now to be authentically, Unapologetically you. We will close this meditation with a nice mantra to say out loud. I am love in action through fierceness. I am authenticity embodied. I am whole, Complete and free. I am the main character of my life. I choose me. Smile. Take a deep breath in, Feeling into this liberated, Authentic you. Feel your body, The weight on the chair, The seat beneath you. Maybe your feet kissing the ground. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Bring awareness back to your physical body. Your beautiful home that you have in this lifetime, Take care of it. And when you are ready, You may slowly open your eyes. Welcome to the new you.
