Hello,
It's Rei and welcome to your meditation for today.
Gratitude for intuition,
Our inner compass.
We all have the natural ability and power to know something without any proof,
Evidence or logic.
This knowing can be understood as a gut feeling or our inner voice that is beyond our 5 senses.
Let us begin our reconnection by sitting in a comfortable space,
Hands on your lap,
Spine nice and tall,
Breathing in through the nose and gently out through the mouth,
Breathing in clarity,
Awareness and breathing out doubt and uncertainty.
And with each and every breath feeling your body and your being getting more alert and awake as you inhale and as you exhale out,
Breathing out this fear of not knowing,
Breathing out these insecurities that we may have on ourselves and the way life is working right now.
Good,
Now bring to mind a time where you followed your intuition and it led to a positive outcome.
Maybe it was a feeling about a person or a decision you had to make.
A business or investment decision.
Maybe looking back there's almost a sense of feeling like protection was offered or insight was offered from your intuition.
And as you bring up this time,
Notice how it feels in your body.
What did it feel like in your body to trust your inner guidance?
Let sensations,
Images,
Feelings accompany this experience.
And now absorbing the positivity of this intuitive success,
Letting it fill you up.
Feeling,
Sensing,
Imagining a soft glowing light illuminating your whole body and being from the inside out.
And with each and every breath feeling this light getting brighter and brighter,
Allowing your access to the most deep,
Wise,
Intelligent part of you strengthen.
Feeling a sense of trust,
Trusting the part of you that operates from love,
Intelligence that is always guiding you towards your authentic path,
The unique path set for you in this lifetime and no one else can walk but you.
With your next breath saying thank you for this guiding force,
Power,
Intelligence for always being there.
Now apologizing for all the times you did not listen to it.
Apologizing for all the times you listened to someone or something else instead and it led you away from yourself,
From your values.
Saying these statements out loud or silently after me.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.

Last time,
Allowing these words to really land.
I'm sorry for all the times I ignored you,
Didn't believe you.

Thank you for always being there.

Deep breath in.
Hold the breath at the top and very slowly exhale out.
Noticing how it feels to connect to and be in alignment with your intuition,
Your inner wisdom.
Now I invite you to visualize yourself in a situation where you need some guidance.
Maybe it's in your work or health,
Family,
Your future.
And as you bring the situation to life in your mind's eye,
Ask your beautiful heart,
The seat of your intuition,
Ask this part for guidance,
For wisdom that will help you move forward,
Understand,
Accept or love better.
Ask for a message that you really need to know right now.
Trusting the first word,
Image,
Sensations that arise.
Breathing into them and taking in this wisdom.
Trusting that whatever arises first is what you are meant to receive right now.
Beautiful.
And now to end our meditation let us place a hand or both hands onto your heart,
Onto your chest.
Feeling the warmth from the palm of your hands.
Seep in and turn your chest.
Recognizing that you are not separate and you never will be separate.
From this guiding light inside of you.
This guiding light of truth.
Filling your body with a big breath in through the nose,
Filling up the belly and the chest.
Two more times just like that,
Breathing into every single pore of your skin.
Feeling more and more awake.
Feeling grounded.
And setting the intention.
To always choose to move and lead from your center.
From a place of honesty,
Respect and compassion.
Resting your hands back down on your lap if they were on your chest.
Remember that this part of you is always there,
Available to you whenever you seek its wisdom.
Feeling a deep sense of gratitude for your intuition.
Slowly,
When you are ready,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Bring your awareness back to the room,
Back to the space in which you are sitting.
Bring your awareness back to the room,
Back to the space in which you are sitting.
And gently open your eyes,
Feeling aligned,
Connected with your inner compass.
