Hi,

It's Rei,

Your Transformational Soul Coach,

And today we will be practicing gratitude for our health,

The ultimate wealth.

Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,

In a space where you will be undisturbed and invite a breath in to your diaphragm and all the way out.

Breathing in through the nose,

Counting up to 4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale 2,

3,

4.

Breathing in a rhythm,

In a pace that is equal and simply being here with your body,

Nowhere to go,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be.

Simply here,

Honoring what is here and now.

Noticing how your breath,

Your breathing is simply happening so effortlessly,

Without us having to say anything,

Without us having to direct our brains to do anything,

Our breathing is just happening.

Using your breath,

Can you inhale and bring gratitude to your beautiful breath that is keeping you and I alive.

And as you exhale,

Allowing,

Sensing all the muscles from the top of your head,

From your skull,

Begin to relax,

Soften,

Loosen and feeling this sense of relaxation flow down towards your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your legs.

As you continue to breathe gently in a soothing rhythm,

In an equal pace,

And bringing to your mind,

Your awareness right now,

A time when you felt strong,

Vibrant and healthy.

Maybe it was a certain age,

During an activity,

Like walking or running,

Playing a sport,

Perhaps you were hiking up a mountain or rowing down a river.

It can even be as simple as climbing up a very long flight of stairs and realizing that you weren't huffing and puffing,

I felt that recently.

And basking in this feeling of wellness,

Giving yourself permission right now to enrich this positive experience of health,

Of vitality,

Acknowledging it with a big breath in and out.

What does it feel like to have this wealth of health?

Notice what is possible for you when you operate from this state of being,

From this vibration throughout your day,

Where you are able to wake up and connect with this enormous spring of strength and healing inside of you,

Knowing that as we savor any experience for a little bit longer,

20 seconds or more,

We are letting it deeply register into our subconscious and unconscious mind.

And so using your breath,

I invite you to absorb this feeling of being filled with radiant healing energy,

Maybe visualizing it like a bright light entering all the muscles in your body,

All your bones,

Infusing this energy and vitality in all the meridians in your body,

All the channels of energy.

And as you breathe and let in this beautiful,

Bright light,

Allowing this light to soften and ease any discomfort in your physical body,

Allowing it to clear any thoughts of ill health,

Visualizing your body being filled with this radiant healing light.

Know that good health is your natural state and now setting an intention to honor and nurture your health by asking your body right now,

If there was one small,

Easy way I can support my well-being so that I am able to show up as my most radiant,

Most confident,

Most powerful embodied self,

What would that look like?

Maybe it's a form of movement,

Maybe it's a form of rest or a shift in perception of thinking.

Once you receive a message in the form of a word,

An image,

A memory,

Acknowledge it with a deep breath into your whole body and out.

What does this commitment look like?

Maybe it's an everyday commitment or once a week,

Once a month.

Visualize,

Imagine what would be possible if you stuck with this commitment till the end of this year.

How would life be different for you?

And then very slowly,

Very gently shifting your posture to invite in a sense of more openness,

A sense of feeling as if you are there for yourself,

Supporting yourself,

That you are on your side,

You're not sweeping anything under the carpet anymore,

You're not betraying yourself in any way,

You're paying attention to your needs,

Whether that is physical,

Mental,

Emotional.

And saying thank you to yourself for showing up today,

For taking a step towards your health and well-being,

For sitting and connecting with yourself and honoring all that you are,

All that you've been through and all that is possible for you.

There is great wealth in this and it affects our health in ways that we might not be able to see immediately right in this moment but it accumulates,

It makes a difference as it all adds up.

Trust this,

Believe this,

That keeping the body in good health will allow our minds to be strong and clear.

And with that,

Slowly bringing yourself back into your room,

Into the space where you're sitting in,

Feeling the weight of your sit bones on the chair or floor that you may be sitting on and slowly opening up your eyes with a smile.

Checking in with how you feel now compared to when we first began this meditation.

Writing in your journal or sharing in the comments below,

What was that one commitment?
