In this meditation, I invite you to take a moment to acknowledge & celebrate your accomplishments. After studying and implementing practices that enhance Neuroplasticity for the past 2 years, I realize that one of the quickest ways to re-wire the brain is to acknowledge our progress along the way. We often forget to appreciate what we’ve done and what we have. And when we do, it gives us a feeling of pride and happiness factor, increasing our internal motivation.

Welcome to day 7 of this guided meditation journey.

In today's meditation,

We will be reflecting on the week that has passed and setting ourselves up for an amazing week ahead.

Find yourself in a comfortable,

Seated position,

Feeling like a tree,

Burying its roots deep into the ground,

Trunk strong,

Stable,

Tall,

Reaching up into the sky.

To relax ourselves before we enter this practice,

We will be doing the 4-7-8 breath.

Breathing in through the nose for 4,

Holding for 7,

Breathing out through the mouth for 8.

Are you ready?

Breathe in 2,

Hold it at the top 3,

Breathe out 2,

And out through the mouth slowly 5,

Notice your breathing,

Check in with how you feel.

And now visualizing,

Imagining in front of you a huge screen,

A movie screen.

There's a remote right next to you,

Pick it up,

Hit play.

And as you hit play and watch the screen,

You begin to see a rerun of the whole week that has passed.

A movie of all that you did,

Who you were with,

How were you as a person,

How were you with others.

All that you accomplished,

All that you procrastinated.

I'll give you a few moments to just observe and enjoy this movie.

Now I invite you to ask yourself,

What did you do well this week?

Maybe an area in your life that you're good with,

Whether that's health or relationships or your work.

Maybe it's something you can help others with.

Maybe it's something you're proud of.

What did you do well?

Can we breathe into that to acknowledge this win,

This accomplishment?

Doesn't matter how big or small it is.

It's all progress.

How does it feel to give yourself permission to feel good about yourself?

To feel good about the things that you did,

That you completed,

The people you helped,

The people you touched this last week.

Now ask yourself,

Where might you need a little more support?

Perhaps need to ask help with or for more guidance.

Is it your health,

Your relationships,

Leadership,

Communication,

Maybe patience?

What is it?

There's always something we can work on,

But can we just pause and appreciate where we are now?

Can we breathe into the feeling that you don't need to earn God or universe's love because you are worthy and you deserve all the goodness and all the success in your life?

Let's breathe in that truth.

Beautiful.

And now ask yourself,

Ask your inner teacher,

How can I be better in this week ahead?

What can I do better?

How can I speak better?

What would I like to improve in myself for this next coming week?

Good.

I invite you to slowly,

Keeping this feeling,

This intention alive,

Open up your eyes,

Come back into this world and begin to move your body in whatever way,

Shape,

Form that feels alive for you.

Maybe it's a stretch,

A shake,

Taking your arms all the way up or coming into a yoga pose,

A child's pose.

No thinking.

Allow your awareness,

Your inner teacher to guide this movement.

This movement feels joyful,

Feels pleasurable,

Feels expanded,

Brings focus,

Brings love.

There's a reason for victory dances.

Moving the body in new ways gives us energy,

Feeds us confidence,

Elevates our mood.

And when we move,

We are also giving our brains positive feedback.

So it will want more of this rather than something that isn't serving you.

If you're still sitting down,

I invite you to stand up and as you stand on these two feet,

Feel the strength from your bones,

From the muscles,

Feel the support from the earth.

Feel a sense of dignity,

Of self-respect coming through and realize that you have everything you need inside of you.

It's all there waiting for you to bring it to light,

Waiting for you to acknowledge it with a deep breath.

Notice how you feel right now,

Ready for an amazing,

Productive,

Connected week ahead,

Celebrating how far you've come.

Come back to this meditation whenever you need.

I thank you so much for your commitment to these seven days.

I love you and I hope you keep in touch and continue to choreograph your life.

With love,

Rae.
