Welcome to my guided visualization meeting future you.

Let's begin by taking a moment to just settle.

Find your quiet comfortable space where you can sit or lie without distraction for these moments.

You might like to close your eyes and start to take notice of your breath.

Taking a slow deep inhale through your nose and a gentle exhale maybe through your mouth.

Again inhale and exhale.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Jaw slackens,

Every part of your body rests into this moment and your mind settles.

And with each breath allow yourself to let go of any tension,

Any distractions,

Any thoughts and just be here in this peaceful moment.

Now in your mind's eye imagine a path unfolding in front of you.

This path is guiding you towards the calm confident version of yourself.

The you that has just completed what it takes for you to feel successful.

Take a step onto this path.

Walk along step-by-step feeling grounded,

Steady,

Present.

And as you make your way forward you can see someone up ahead.

And as you grow closer come to realize this person is you,

The future version of you.

They stand there calm,

Self-assured,

Proud,

Even humble.

Notice this person.

What are they wearing?

How are they carrying themselves?

How are they looking at you?

Recognize that this person has done it.

They faced that challenge ahead and grown from it.

Take a moment to stand or sit beside them.

Be in their presence,

Feel their calm,

Their confidence.

Now imagine this future version of you offers you a message,

Something you need to hear.

What words of encouragement do they offer?

What wisdom do they share?

Take a breath and receive this message fully.

Now gently bring this energy,

This calmness,

This self-belief back into your body.

Take a slow breath in and gently exhale.

Send some kind and gentle movements into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And when you feel ready open your eyes back into this room in this space and recognize that you can come back to this version of yourself at any time.
