Since 2015, Renée enjoys working as a mindfulness and self-compassion trainer and yoga teacher from her company Hollen en STILSTAAN in Rotterdam. She is also an experienced ACT-coach (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Her motto: 'If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream'. She trains professionals in Mindful Working and also guides mindfulness retreats in various places in the Netherlands.
