This is your space to awaken gently,

To gather your energy,

And to set a powerful intention for your day.

Find a comfortable position,

You can sit upright with your feet on the floor,

Or lie back if that feels better.

Let your hands rest easily,

And allow your shoulders to soften,

Close your eyes,

Take this time just for you.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And exhale fully,

Releasing the weight of sleep,

Releasing yesterday.

Feel your chest rise,

Invite fresh energy,

With each exhale,

Your spine,

Your face,

Now imagine a soft golden light,

Rising like the morning sun.

See this light touching the crown of your head,

Warming your face,

Softening your jaw.

Feel it travel down through your shoulders,

Into your hands,

This golden light flows through your chest and heart,

Filling you with strength.

I trust myself to handle whatever comes,

I am focused and clear,

I release fear,

I am worthy of good things today,

I move through the day with purpose,

I choose to see opportunity around me,

I bring light to every space I enter,

I am grateful for this day,
