Take this moment to unwind and let your day melt away.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down in your bed with your arms resting gently by your side.

Close your eyes if you haven't already.

Bring your focus to your breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

With each breath out,

Allow your body to sink.

Allow your body to sink deeper into your bed.

Relax your shoulders,

Soften your jaw,

Unclench your hands.

Imagine a warm wave of calm moving gently from the top of your head down to your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your stomach.

Feel the wave wash away any tension,

Any busy thoughts.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine any worries drifting away like clouds.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are allowed to rest now.

Take a final deep breath in.

Let your breath settle into its own natural rhythm.

There is nothing left for you to do and your body rests well.
