Welcome.

Take this moment to reconnect with yourself and open your heart to gratitude.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose,

Exhale gently through your mouth.

Place a hand over your heart if you like.

With each breath,

Feel warmth and kindness flowing into your body.

Allow any self-judgment or worry to melt away with each exhale.

Bring to mind one thing about yourself that you are grateful for,

Maybe your strength,

Your kindness,

Your courage.

Hold this in your heart and breathe it in.

Now think of one person or one moment,

Feel the warmth it brings.

Let this feeling expand throughout your body like a soft glow,

Reminding you how much goodness surrounds you and lives within you and exhale slowly.

Repeat to yourself,

I am right,

I am enough just as I am.

Carry this sense of love and gratitude with you as you move throughout your day.

Gently open your eyes,

Smile softly and know you are loved.
