Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down and allow your eyes to gently close.

Bring your focus to your breath,

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

With each breath out,

Imagine releasing any tightness in your shoulders,

In your jaw,

In your chest.

Yes,

That's it.

That's it right there.

Let your body feel just a little heavier with every exhale.

Picture a gentle light glowing in the center of your chest.

Yes,

This light grows warmer.

With every exhale,

It melts away any worry,

Any racing thoughts.

See the light softening your heart.

You are safe.

You are held.

You are supported in this moment.

This is a moment.

This is a moment.
