In this guided meditation, we will be bringing awareness to the emotions we are currently holding onto and how to let them go and not stay stuck in them unnecessarily. This is a practice of surrender. We will also gain access to where we would like more clarity on in our life and how to call that clarity into our reality now. Truly broadening our awareness to our current life circumstance.

We're going to begin by closing our eyes and taking three deep breaths,

Inhaling from the bottom of your belly up all the way through your chest to the very top of your head and hold and exhale out the chest down through the belly and another big inhale from the very bottom of your stomach all the way through your chest to the very top of your head and hold and a big exhale out the chest down through the belly and one more big inhale from the very bottom of your stomach all the way through your chest to the very tippy top of your head hold and one big audible exhale letting it all go sinking deeper into your body into this present moment calling back all of your energy from the people places and things that may have scattered to bringing your full self back into this present moment.

I would like everyone to do a quick body scan noticing any areas that are a little tense and simply sending them some love continuing to let go of any unnecessary gripping as you sink deeper letting your body know it's okay to fully relax.

Let's bring your attention outwards now taking the time to listen to your immediate surroundings noticing any noises that were previously out of your awareness.

So important to take those pauses throughout your day to notice all the immediate blessings we are already surrounded by.

The more space and breaks you can add in your day the more tranquility you will find.

Today's theme is letting go into clarity.

Clarity starts with awareness.

Awareness to where you are currently at.

Awareness to what you are still holding on to.

So let's start with what we need to let go of.

Maybe it's confusion.

Maybe it's frustration anger overwhelm worry.

Know that we humans are addicted to our suffering and oftentimes it's simply a willingness issue.

A willingness to let whatever you're feeling go.

A willingness to surrender the suffering.

Now I want you to imagine yourself right now stuck in an emotion you often struggle with.

Maybe anxiety fear or guilt.

Whatever it is feel into it now fully embracing this energy that you know far too well.

And I want you to simply ask yourself am I willing to let this go.

Am I willing to just feel peace and joy instead.

Notice any resistance that arises towards me asking this question.

Sometimes it truly is hard to really let go.

It feels so necessary to hold on almost comforting because our bodies are so familiar with these emotions.

But the more we can practice truly surrendering negativity in any given moment.

We'll notice a bubbling up of good feelings that were hidden underneath.

So keep asking yourself.

Am I willing to let this go.

Now let's shift our focus onto clarity.

What would you like more clarity on in your life.

Maybe there is a big decision you are struggling to make.

Maybe there is a feeling of stuckness that you can't seem to get past.

Maybe there is some hesitation towards letting go of something no longer serving you.

What is that one thing that if you could just see it more clearly the rest of your life would feel a little more peaceful.

Let's make that your intention for today.

Now I want everyone to place one hand on your heart putting your intention into the heart space knowing that the universe will bring this clarity into your life in the perfect way at the perfect time.

I would like for you to imagine now what it will feel like once this clarity arises in your life.

Pretending that all your questions are answered.

All your problems are solved.

There is absolutely nothing else you have to figure out.

Everything is already taken care of.

Now I want you to make a big audible sigh.

A big sigh of relief.

It feels so good to finally stop trying so damn hard.

Let's stop trying and start allowing.

Allowing the universe to bring everything we need to us.

Allowing ourselves to enjoy life a little more and simply trust.

Realizing the feeling of fully,

Fully trusting that everything really is unfolding in perfect timing.

Trusting that if we keep letting go of what isn't serving us the clarity as to who we really want to be and what we really want to feel will naturally arise in its place.

Just spend a few moments now ingraining this feeling of clarity and contentment into our being.

Remembering that bringing anything we want into our life starts by shifting our inner reality,

Practicing what that is like now.

Let's continue to let go and fall into clarity.
