I want you to start by closing your eyes,
Connecting to your space and this present moment.
Let's breathe slowly and gently in and out of the nose.
Filling in your entire belly like a balloon and then slowly releasing.
Expanding deeper into your belly and exhaling slowly out the nose.
Sinking deeper into the body,
Letting a feeling of deep peace wash over your entire being.
Relaxing further and further with every breath.
Letting everything go.
Feeling any tension melt away.
Exhaling deeper and deeper levels of peace.
Now I want you to bring your attention to your mind.
Noticing the thoughts that are currently playing.
Are they about the past or maybe the future?
Simply bringing awareness to whatever tape is playing,
Separating yourself from the mind altogether and becoming the witness.
Simply let your thoughts flow like an endless stream of consciousness,
Not getting attached to any particular one.
Loosening the grip of the mind,
Remembering that you are not the doer.
You are the witness,
The observer to your reality.
In meditation,
Our mind tries to get attention and tell us there is something else we should be doing.
It's easy to buy into these thoughts,
Holding on to the grip of them,
Believing that there really is something we should be doing.
Yet the point of meditation is to shift out of the incessant doing and simply be.
Simply exist.
What would it feel like to simply be?
You are in fact a human being,
Not a human doing.
You are worthy for purely existing on this planet.
Your essence is a beautiful beam of light,
A pure soul that is here for a reason and deserves to take up space on this planet.
You don't have to do anything to be worthy of love.
It is your birthright to be here.
You are not your job.
You are not your race.
You are not your financial situation.
You are not your accomplishments.
You are not your success.
You are still worthy for your mistakes.
You are still worthy if you fail.
You are still worthy if you need help.
You are still worthy if you sabotage.
You are worthy no matter what you are feeling.
Your anxiety is worthy.
Your worry is worthy.
Your loneliness is worthy.
Your anger is worthy.
All of you is worthy of existence.
And the more you can love these parts of yourself,
The more you can be free from them.
All these parts of us really want is to just be acknowledged.
Give every single part of you love,
Freeing yourself from the belief that you aren't enough.
You are enough.
All of you is worthy.
There is nothing you have to do to be worthy.
Let's tune in again to the sensation of what it feels like to simply exist,
Loving yourself for existing.
Try to include space in your day to day to let yourself truly do nothing,
A beautiful in-between state,
Growing this feeling of being worthy for existence,
Feeling the immediate spiritual power it brings into your life.
Stopping and simply being can be a deep recharge you need to get you through the rest of your day.
