Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to sleep in 10 minutes and rejuvenate your soul.

Today we will practice breathing to sleep.

I'm going to ask you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

That's it.

Now imagine letting go of your body and everything else for a few minutes.

Continue breathing and as you inhale imagine this white light entering your body and filling you with life.

And that's it.

Now you're going to continue breathing gently,

Without tension and with great softness.

Feeling this beautiful sensation of well-being.

And that's it.

Continuing to relax your body.

Now we're going to feel your two arms and your legs becoming heavier and heavier.

While you disconnect all your senses from the outside world.

Entering into a more relaxed state.

A state of deep and pleasant concentration in which you can connect more easily with your interior.

Your essence.

Who you are through your breath.

Observing your breath and how with each inhalation your chest rises gently.

And with each exhalation how your chest descends.

And you can sense the great power that observing your breath gives you over your thoughts.

Allow yourself the opportunity for your breath to calm you down little by little.

Allowing it to be something that makes you sleepy.

Feeling your muscles contracting and relaxing with each breath.

You realize that you are still alive.

And the sensation of inhaling and exhaling softly puts you to sleep more comfortably.

And with the confidence that you will be fine.

That you are ready to sleep deeply and comfortably.

Allowing your soul to be strengthened and heal the things that need to be healed.

Feeling how your body already feels more relaxed.

And there is this beautiful feeling of warmth spreading throughout your whole body.

And we are going to use the power of your imagination to provide you with more love,

Calm and inner peace to rejuvenate your soul.

Imagining your body surrounded by an energy that produces love,

Calm and inner peace.

You breathe this energy in and it produces a feeling of well-being that is felt throughout your whole body.

Starting from your heart flowing through your blood to every cell of your body.

Calming your body and softening your emotions.

Clearing your mind of the past and of all the things that you no longer need to carry with you anymore.

Use this energy in your breath to feel your body more relaxed.

Allow this deep and restful sleep to come.

Giving you the opportunity to experience more self-love,

Tenderness,

Affection and love for others.

You feel great inner peace and well-being.

And this will increase with each breath.

And you continue breathing comfortably and sleep will come at any time rejuvenating the cells of your body.

And you'll sleep as long as you feel is necessary so that when you wake up,

You wake up with more energy.

With your soul rejuvenated and with more desire to live.
