Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves,

And I welcome you to the shortest meditation to help you fall asleep fast.

I'm going to ask you to lie down comfortably,

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

And take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a few seconds,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth.

And starting from your toes,

Tense and then relax each muscle group.

Moving up through your body,

Focus on your breath.

Breathing in deeply for a count of four,

Holding for four seconds,

Then exhaling for a count of four.

Continue to repeat this cycle,

Breath to slow down.

As it slows down,

Imagine a peaceful scene,

Like lying on a soft beach with gentle waves.

As your thoughts arise,

You acknowledge them and you let them drift away,

Like the clouds,

Gently returning your focus to your breath and your peaceful scene as you drift away to sleep.
