Today we are going to base our meditation on merit, and on attracting the abundance of all good things into our lives. Because you are deserving and deserving of everything, absolutely everything good that life has to offer. Practice this meditation as often as you can for better results.

Do not listen to this recording while driving or if you are operating machinery.

Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Welcome to today's guided meditation.

It is very likely that we've all had the experience that when everything's going well in our lives and things are flowing as we wish,

Suddenly we get stuck and find ourselves stuck.

We feel like we're not moving forward and things are not improving from a certain point on.

It might feel like a mental block comes to us where there is no creativity and our mind is blank and nothing comes up.

We simply feel that we can no longer go on or feel that there is no way out of this ditch or that our problem has no solution.

Surely,

It is not the first time this happens to us.

What's happening is that we have reached a limit or we feel that we do not deserve something better or that we cannot improve just by thinking about it or wanting it.

Perhaps it's because our mind feels that the world is against us and doesn't want us to do well.

Or perhaps it's because deep in our subconsciousness we feel that we don't deserve something better.

Perhaps our mind needs to believe or has the idea that we need to have done something or that it has to cost us a lot of work and effort to receive that change.

Ideas that may have been taught to us since childhood.

Everything that happens to us starts in the mind and your mind can do anything.

And the sooner you put this idea into your subconsciousness the faster everything you want to achieve will happen.

Today,

Our meditation is going to be practice and merit and in attracting the abundance of everything good in all aspects of your life because you deserve to be happy and you deserve absolutely everything good that life has to offer.

Let's begin.

Get as comfortable as possible in a place where nobody will bother you for the next 20 to 30 minutes.

Once you feel comfortable,

Close your eyes.

Now take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take another deep breath in and release the air.

Release the air.

And continue taking calm breaths without effort,

Allowing your body to settle in.

Feeling comfortable.

Feeling comfortable.

Feeling comfortable.

Very comfortable.

Breathing naturally.

Always trying to slow down your breaths calmly.

And you may place your hands on your chest and feel your breath.

Focus on the air as it enters your body and leaving your body.

You can perceive through your hands the beating of your heart,

Its rhythm.

And watch how your heart starts to calm down as you breathe slower and calmly.

You can become more aware of your heartbeats and feel how little by little your body relaxes more and more.

Relaxing more and more.

Getting more comfortable with each breath.

Relaxing as much as you possibly can.

Inhaling and exhaling.

And feel how your body is relaxing more and more.

Focusing on your breath.

Feeling your breath.

And feeling your heartbeats.

Now,

I'm going to ask you to take another deep breath in and feel the air entering through your nose.

And when you exhale,

I want you to mentally repeat and visualize the number three,

Three times.

Three,

Three,

Three.

Very well.

Once again,

Take another deep breath in and mentally exhale as you repeat and visualize the number two,

Three times.

Two,

Two,

Two.

Very well.

And one more time,

Take another deep breath in and exhale as you mentally repeat and visualize the number one,

Three times.

One,

One,

One.

Very well.

And you can continue to breathe freely and you will realize that now you are more relaxed than before.

This level of mental concentration will help us improve our efficiency and gain greater control over our body and our mind.

Whenever you need it in your daily life,

You can practice these breaths to help you work from your subconsciousness.

Now,

As you continue to breathe comfortably,

You can feel your body more relaxed and your mind is also more relaxed.

Continue to feel the air entering through your nose,

Feeling it go down your throat and into your lungs and releasing it slowly,

Effortlessly,

Focusing only on my voice and on your breathing.

Feeling how your body relaxes more and more with every second that goes by.

As you keep inhaling and exhaling,

Feel how the air enters and leaves your body,

Letting yourself go and concentrating only on your breath.

And now,

You can feel how the top of your head relaxes even more.

Observe the weight of your eyes and your jaw relaxes more and more.

Your mouth and your tongue relax more and more as your lips become more comfortable and more relaxed.

Your neck feels like a tingling sensation that goes through the back of your neck.

You feel your shoulders getting more relaxed,

All that tension going away,

And your arms and your hands and the fingers on your hands can become heavier and heavier.

Feeling your back,

Your chest also relaxes a little bit more,

And your belly feels more relaxed,

More and more relaxed.

And you can feel how every cell in your body is relaxing more and more.

And your hips can feel like they're getting heavier.

Your legs get heavier,

Your feet and your toes heavier and heavier.

Your whole body feels really heavy,

And you can also feel how your whole body is relaxed now.

It feels so good.

Enjoying this present moment of peace and relaxation.

Feeling your breath softly and nicely,

Doing absolutely nothing,

Allowing your mind to make the necessary changes that it considers to be necessary.

Enjoying this present moment of peace and relaxation.

As you continue to breathe in this beautiful state of really deep relaxation,

I'm going to ask you to mentally repeat after me these positive affirmations that will accompany you throughout your day.

From this moment on,

I will eliminate from my life any negative thoughts that prevent me from moving forward.

From this moment on,

I will accept any improvement in me.

From this moment on,

I will let go of any resistance to change.

From this moment on,

I will feel free to go towards wherever I choose to go.

From this moment on,

I will have a clear vision of my new life.

So it is,

And so it will be.

Continue to breathe comfortably.

As you continue to breathe,

You'll discover that you are feeling much,

Much better.

Better than before.

You feel more relaxed,

More comfortable.

And if there are any thoughts that come to mind,

Let them come.

Observe each thought and let them go.

Do not focus on them.

It is totally normal to have thoughts come to mind.

Just let them come and go as they pass.

And slowly come back to focus only on your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Continue to breathe slowly and calmly,

Effortlessly.

And since you're more relaxed now,

We're going to enter a deeper level of concentration and relaxation.

Deeper than before.

And to help you enter this state of deeper level of concentration,

I'm going to count from 10 to 1.

And as I count,

You'll feel as you enter a deeper mental level of concentration,

Where your attention is almost perfect.

Where your body and mind will be in perfect harmony.

Where everything dissolves and envelops you in absolute calm.

You can feel as you enter a state of deeper mental concentration.

Deeper and deeper.

Feeling how you are now entering even deeper and a more perfect level of focus.

You're now in a mental state of deep concentration,

Where the attention is almost perfect.

Where absolutely everything has dissolved.

Where only you are in a perfect state of attention with full and absolute relaxation.

Continue breathing and enjoy this state of mind where you feel really well.

Where there's nothing more than you.

Very comfortable.

Feeling a very nice feeling of peace and tranquility and well-being.

You are now in a mental state of deep concentration.

And now,

Just as you are at peace with yourself,

I'm going to ask you to mentally imagine a whiteboard in front of you.

You're going to take a marker that is next to you and as you repeat the following phrases that I'm going to tell you,

In your mind,

You'll write them down on your mental whiteboard.

Imagine taking that marker and start writing the sentences on your mental whiteboard.

And these sentences will remain engraved in your mind and you will repeat them every moment that you can.

I deserve happiness.

I deserve everything good and I will allow everything good to come to me.

Everything good comes to my life because I deserve it.

I am no longer afraid of making mistakes.

I trust myself.

Every day,

I make the best decisions every time.

I am pure success.

I decide to unlock my mind and I accept the changes.

I accept abundance in health,

Money,

And love because I deserve it.

I deserve it.

I deserve it.

Now look at this whiteboard.

Look at these phrases and notice how you're feeling so much better now.

Better and better with every second that goes by.

And you can imagine enjoying everything you want because now you know you deserve it.

There are no obstacles in your life because you know that in one way or another,

It has already come into your life.

Let yourself go and enjoy this moment of peace and relaxation.

Let yourself go and enjoy this moment of peace and relaxation.

Let yourself go and enjoy this moment of peace and relaxation.

Let yourself go and enjoy this moment of peace and relaxation.

And with these positive affirmations that will remain engraved in your subconscious and with the absolute certainty that you deserve everything good.

Feeling the presence,

Stretching your body,

Feeling much,

Better than ever,

Very comfortable,

Feeling wide awake,

Completely relaxed,

With more energy,

Knowing with total certainty that you deserve all the good and that all the good comes to you.
