Hi,
My name is Robert S.
Heves.
And I welcome you to this quick anxiety relief mindfulness meditation.
This mindfulness meditation is designed to quickly ground and soothe your mind during moments of anxiety.
Please find a comfortable position.
You may sit or lie down in a quiet place,
Allowing your body to relax.
And gently closing your eyes.
That's it.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your lungs to fill completely.
Hold for a moment.
And then slowly exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
Repeat this a few times,
Letting each breath be a little slower and deeper.
That's it.
Now bring your focus to the feeling of your body connecting with the surface beneath you.
Notice the points where your body is supported.
Whether it's your feet on the ground.
.
.
Your back against the chair.
Or your body resting on the bed or on the floor.
Feel the stability and security of that support.
That's it.
Now,
Gently scan your body from your head to your toes.
And as you move your awareness through each part of your body,
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.
As you exhale,
Imagine releasing that tension.
Letting it dissolve into the air around you.
Mad team.
Now picture yourself in a place where you feel safe and calm.
This could be a real place you know or an imagined sanctuary.
See yourself surrounded by soothing colors.
Soft sounds.
In a gentle,
Comforting atmosphere.
In this place,
You are free from worry.
Everything is at peace.
Madsy.
And now silently repeat to yourself.
In this moment.
I am safe.
I am at peace.
I am enough.
Let these words resonate with you.
Anchoring you in calm and security.
In this moment,
I am safe.
I am at peace.
I am enough.
That's it.
When you feel ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
And take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Bringing this sense of calm with you as you move forward.
Stretching your body like you just woke up.
Remember that you can practice this meditation as many times as you need.
Thank you for listening and I wish you the best.
Talk to you soon.
