Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this mini meditation to calibrate your energy through your breath.

I'm going to invite you to sit comfortably on a chair,

Put your right hand on your belly and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and now release the air through your mouth.

That's it.

And now put all your attention in the air entering your body and notice how your stomach expands and feel the air leaving your body and notice how your stomach contracts.

That's it.

And continue to follow your breaths.

Inhaling.

This is the present.

Exhaling.

Now this is the present.

Feel the sensation of the air entering your body and leaving your body.

And notice where you feel the sensation as the air enters your body and feeling your hand as it moves with each inhalation and exhalation without doing anything right now.

And if you have any thoughts that come to mind just let them come and let them go.

And when you feel like opening your eyes,

Open your eyes slowly,

Returning to the present,

Feeling much better.

Thank you so much for listening and I recommend you to practice this meditation three to five times a day to bring your attention to the present.

Thank you so much again and I'll see you next time.
