My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this guided meditation to sleep and cleanse your energy.
I'd like to begin by sharing how important cleansing your energy is.
Think of every time you cook at home and use your dishes to eat.
After they get dirty,
You have to wash them,
Because if you don't,
They'll contaminate your food in the future.
The same goes with your clothes.
Every time you wear something,
It gets dirty,
So you'll need to wash it sooner or later so you can reuse it again.
After practicing this meditation to sleep and cleanse your energy daily,
You'll feel so much better and fresh and I promise you,
Your life will change.
Let's begin.
Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position.
You may sit or lie down with a straight spine.
Your hands on your sides or on a comfortable position for you.
And whenever you feel like it,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold the air for a second,
And let the air out when it feels good for you.
Take another deep breath in,
And feel your ribcage expanding,
Hold the air in for a second,
And let the air out through your mouth.
Oh,
And now,
Bring your breath to your natural rhythm that feels good for you.
Bring your awareness to each part of your body,
Starting from your toes,
To the top of your head.
With each exhalation,
Release tension and let go of any stress.
Feeling a wave of relaxation washing over you.
Now,
It's time to work with your energy.
First,
I'll ask you to observe what kind of energy is around your body.
Notice if you see any colors around your body or your aura.
Do you feel any sensations in your body?
Is there any tension or stress that you're holding in your body?
Are there any blockages in your energy that you sense?
Now,
Continue breathing,
And when you feel ready within you to begin the cleanse,
Visualize a radiant white light above you.
With each inhalation,
Draw this light down through the crown of your head,
And as you exhale,
Let the light wash through your body like a shower washing,
Cleansing,
And purifying every cell.
Now,
Going down your head,
Your face,
And your neck,
Down to your shoulders,
Your arms,
And your hands,
Down to your back and inner organs,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Knees,
And your feet.
Feel this continuous pouring of light through your body,
Simply breathing and letting this happen for as long as you need it.
Now,
Imagine this light pushing out any negativity,
Leaving you surrounded by a bubble of pure white light.
Now,
Envision yourself in a serene,
Natural setting.
Feel the earth beneath you,
The sun above you,
And the gentle breeze around your body.
Absorb the grounding energy of the earth and the revitalizing energy of nature.
As you begin to become aware of your physical body being cleansed and cleared out of any stale,
Stagnant,
And stuck energy,
Keep seeing your body being cleansed and cleared until you are completely translucent and clear inside and out.
Now,
Shift your focus to your breath,
Inhaling positivity and exhaling negativity.
Now,
Notice the rhythm of your breath,
Allowing it to be your anchor to the present moment.
Continue breathing and imagine each chakra or center of energy as a vibrant,
Spinning wheel of light along your spine,
Starting from the base,
Visualizing each chakra glowing brightly and in enlightenment.
Now,
Feel the energy circulating freely,
Balancing and harmonizing your entire being.
Now,
Once your body feels cleansed and clear,
Imagine the white light above you expanding and expanding,
Showering down upon your energetic body,
Your aura,
Using your intuition to understand how wide this needs to be.
Is it just about a foot around your body?
Maybe three feet?
Or is it the whole room?
Trust whatever you sense and let the white light wash over your energetic body.
Now,
Keep seeing this light cleansing and clearing your aura until your aura also appears cleansed.
Now,
Once you feel your physical and energetic bodies completely clean and clear,
You may begin to feel deep appreciation and love in your heart.
You may thank yourself for doing this,
Knowing that you can trust that this is a practice you can turn to again and again.
And just as we take baths,
We also do energy cleansing.
And whenever you're ready,
I'll ask you to begin the process of sleep.
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your fingers and toes,
Feeling sleepy and ready to rest,
And at a pace that feels good to you,
Gently letting go of everything,
Breathing comfortably,
And knowing that when you come back from this meditation,
You will feel refreshed,
More energized,
More confident,
And ready to carry the sense of renewed energy with you into the rest of your day.
