Before we begin,
Get into a comfortable position.
Find a place somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed.
Allow for your body to settle,
To relax.
Begin to quiet your mind.
Find away any lingering thoughts,
Worries or doubts from today.
Allow for the space in your mind to become clear,
Lighter,
Open and ready to be renewed.
Take your first deep breath in to the count of 5 and exhale.
Continue breathing this way,
Paying attention to your breath.
With each inhale,
Feel the soft,
Gentle air as it fills your lungs.
With each exhale,
Feel your soothing breath coming out.
Do this two more times while focusing on each breath.
As your body continues to breathe,
Relax your body more.
Starting at the crown of your head,
Release any tension as you exhale.
Now relax your forehead,
Your eyelids.
Soften your entire face.
Take a bigger,
Deeper breath as you relax the neck and shoulders.
Continue breathing as you release tension from your back.
Relax your elbows and hands.
Your fingers.
Take a note of how your body is now feeling.
Notice where tension needs to be released.
Take a few more breaths until your entire body feels almost like it has melted.
Relax your face.
Now let your breath to become regular and natural.
Focus and feel your body's contour just outside of your skin.
Feel how the energy of you,
Your state of being is connected to the energy outside of you.
Feel how the energy of you,
Your state of being is connected to the energy outside of you.
We will now tap into each layer of your auric field.
Your aura is connected to emotional,
Physical,
Mental and spiritual vibrations.
We will observe and put in a state of alignment each layer of your auric field that is colourful and vibrant.

Now place your attention to the energy outlining your physical body,
The first layer of your auric field,
The etheric layer,
Colour in deep red.
You do not need to be specific,
Do as resonates with you.
When you are ready,
Make an intention to release and let go of any harmful emotional words or thoughts that may be affecting your physical body and fracturing your etheric aura.
Take a moment and look within your physical body what negative thoughts or harmful emotions you could let go of.
Exhale and release it.
Take a second intention on your next breath to bring your physical body back into alignment Inhale and exhale.
Use your etheric red aura,
Strong,
Solid and glowing.
Now visualise,
Tune into your second aura outside of the first one.
This one is orange in colour,
Aura of your emotional body.
Take a moment to look within your emotional body while breathing calmly.
Can you feel any emotional obstructions present?
Sigh,
Sense what needs to be cleared in your emotional body.
Exhale and release.
Make an intention on your next breath to bring your emotional body aura back into alignment.
With more clarity and emotional stability.
Inhale and exhale.
As your emotional body,
Orange aura,
Strong,
Solid and glowing.
Moving on to the third layer of your aura,
The aura of the mental body.
Visualise it glowing in bright yellow.
Feel its connection to your consciousness.
Begin to tune in to sense any obstacles that may be present not allowing you to live to your fullest,
Being at your best and at your full potential,
Experiencing abundance and fulfilment.
Breathe calmly.
Look for additional assistance if needed.
Make an intention to let go,
To bring your mental body aura back into its alignment.
On your next exhale,
Release all that's no longer needed.
Feel fresh intentions and alignment.
Feeling your aura clear,
Strengthen,
Leaving you feeling more empowered,
More motivated and more open.
Bringing your attention further out into your aura and focusing on the fourth layer,
The astral body glowing in bright green.
Inhale calmly and exhale calmly.
Make an intention to let go of any angst within your astral body.
Make an intention to clear this part of the aura.
On your next exhale,
Let go.
Feeling of clearing,
Feeling relief.
You are safe,
You are protected.
Feeling lighter and lighter.
More open,
More whole and connected.
Breathing even further away from your body out onto your fifth layer of aura,
The etheric template.
It is a template for all that exists on a physical plane.
The layer has a cool blue colour and connects you with energies of communication.
Sounds of vibration are present on this layer.
Everything you create is alive and present here.
What needs to be released that you manifested as your reality?
You do not need to be specific on the events,
But simply focus on what kind of energy you prefer.
On your next exhale,
Release all that's no longer needed.
Inhale fresh intentions and alignment.
Feeling your aura clear,
Strengthened,
Leaving you feeling more expansive,
More open,
Allowing to shine yourself more.
Moving your focus onto the next,
The sixth layer of your aura,
The celestial body with the colour of indigo.
This aura connects you to the divine.
It is where your physical and spiritual minds connect.
Your dreams and intuition are very present here.
Place your mind there.
Focus on your intention on bringing alignment into this part of your aura.
You do not need to be specific or remember experiences.
Use what resonates with you.
On your next exhale,
Release all that may be an obstacle.
Inhale invite alignment.
Clearing and strengthening your aura,
Leaving you feeling more decisive,
More resilient and more focused.
We are now at the seventh layer of your aura,
The catharic template.
This layer is in violet colour and vibrates at the highest frequency.
This aura holds your spiritual path and envelopes,
Keeps safe all of the other layers of your aura.
The energy here connects to the divine.
I want you to tune into this part of your aura.
Make your intention to connect and feel your connection with the divine energy.
Intend that this part of your aura is cleared,
Your connection to the divine is strengthened and clarity restored.
Find a moment to feel and then prepare to release.
Using your intention,
On your next breath,
Bring your catharic aura back into alignment.
Starting it with an exhale.
Feel your catharic,
Violet aura strong,
Solid and glowing.
You are feeling more present,
Connected and complete.
Relaxing here and feeling all of the layers of your auric field.
All healthy and glowing.
Feeling in subtle yet very powerful,
Purposeful energy.
Your body,
Your mind and your soul resting,
Balanced and restored.
Now,
Visualise a small speck of light above you.
With each of your breath,
This light is growing into a bigger ball of light.
Moving towards you.
Growing bigger.
Enter the light and allow it to come in closer and closer to you.
Feel its warmth as it gets closer.
Visualise the ball of light beginning to form a protective barrier around your auric field and your body.
You are safe.
You are protected.
Take in a deep breath of gratitude and exhale with a strong breath of release.
Acknowledging that what you did here today will improve your overall well-being.
It will attract positive people and circumstances in your life.
Take time to enjoy this feeling of being purified and bathed in this sense of renewal.
