Transformational Poetry - "The Energy Inside"

I create what i call transformational poetry, its used to spark a shift in you. The flow, the sound, the dance of words, its like an incantation to awaken the part of you which can hear it. Its beyond logic, when i write it i am in a semi-trance, something takes over me and i write withtout any effort of thinking. The poem is produced without any editing, its like an expression of my spirit, like a dance. Write to me if it created any transformation in you, i want to hear from you.

So,

I've been writing these days and somehow poems are coming out of it.

Things are starting to rhyme,

It feels like there's some music inside me moving.

So,

This poem I've called The Energy Inside.

The best thing that there is,

Is the flow of energy,

The flow of light.

Like a car that needs fuel to take flight.

It moves,

It grooves,

It's rampant with fuel.

It does not need to learn it from school.

It's born with this flight,

The ability to take flight.

Like in Back to the Future,

We were amazed at the sight of a car taking flight.

Because we know deep inside that we have the design that shine,

That fire,

That ability to desire.

The hunger,

The flame,

The power without shame.

Like a jet fighter plane,

Which has no drag,

No lag and nothing holding it down.

It soars,

It roars,

It shoots off the floor into the sky.

And never pulled down,

Not by a frown,

Because the frown ceases.

In this state,

It's like coming home from a great first date.

The energy is bubbling,

The smile is so bright.

From inside,

It glows like those fireflies in the dark.

It's not important what's happening,

Because time stands still.

There's purely glory and all the presence.

This is life,

This is living.

And the energy vibrates,

It's moving like a harmony of strings.

It sings,

It rings like a bird chirping.

That wakes us up,

We are up.

And there is no giving up.

There's no highs,

It's all a high,

It's all sky.

This is life.

The chase ends in this bliss.

Like a musical kiss.

Like a smoothsicle hiss.

Like Michael Jackson's moonwalk.

Without the walk,

Without the talk,

Without the act,

Without the stage,

Without the page,

Without the sage.

With the life,

With the being,

With the fire,

The roar,

The life gushing through.

And no blocks to his power devour and shower in the glory of life.

Dance and be with life,

With love,

With living and light.

So grateful for this poem! It stirred up so many memories of my past that I want to listen to it again and again. You put into words what I am feeling right now about my life. I have tears because right now I’m feeling so much love ❤️. My husband of 63 years recently passed away. I do miss him especially in the evening when I realize he’s not coming back and then I remember the love we had for each other will still be here. I am feeling so grateful.
