To provide yourself with complete assurance that you can handle any situation, and you are here for yourself. The inner child is a wonderful power that we all have within us, but often it is limited due to past memories, this meditation will allow you to reclaim that power Message me after your experience.

Hi,

And I hope you're doing well today.

I'm Rajgulsir,

And today I'm going to be guiding you through a very transformative practice which is based around connecting with your inner child.

So get as comfortable as you can in a space where you won't be disturbed.

Because this practice takes you into deeper levels of awareness of parts of yourself that perhaps don't always get the right attention.

So get comfortable and once you're ready close your eyes and become aware of your breath.

Just feel how the breath is moving through your body.

Air is coming in from the outside.

Coming into your body perhaps into your stomach.

And then getting recycled and coming out of your body.

Just watch the flow for a while.

And don't be worried by any thoughts that might come in.

Just let them be.

And bring your attention to the breath over and over.

Now allow yourself to notice your whole body.

Give your body the attention that you would give to a child.

Feel your toes.

Your left foot toes.

And then your right foot toes.

See if you can notice any difference between the left and the right side.

Play with it.

And then move your attention up towards your left leg and right leg.

Your left hip,

Right hip,

Your whole stomach area,

Your lower back,

Your chest,

Your lower chest,

Your heart.

Feel into your heart.

And breathe into your heart.

Become aware of your whole back.

The back of the neck.

The front of the neck.

The pit of the throat.

Breathe into the pit of the throat.

And then move upwards towards your face.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your tongue.

Let your eyes sink into their sockets.

Let your forehead become wide and relaxed.

And let all of the tension release from your brain.

As if it was melting down your body into the floor.

Now imagine the number three appearing in your mind's eye.

Sink a little deeper.

Imagine the number two.

Let your body relax.

Imagine the number one.

And imagine the number one turns into a door.

And you open the door and you see some steps.

Before you climb the steps,

Put all of your beliefs and thoughts and ideas into a jar.

Close the jar.

And leave it on the floor.

You can come and collect it after if you wish.

It will be safe.

But for now,

Leave it here.

Let it go.

Walk up the stairs where you see another door.

And as you walk up the stairs,

Feel as if you are going back in time.

Each step represents a period of time.

Keep walking up the stairs until you feel like you are at a time where you can imagine the younger version of yourself.

A memory when you felt really impacted,

Hurt,

And perhaps,

Didn't feel it was okay to be you.

Go back to the earliest memory.

And when you're there,

Stand in front of this door.

Open the door and walk into that memory.

See the scene playing out when perhaps a parent,

A loved one,

Or a friend,

Had said something to you in this memory.

See the younger version of yourself really impacted,

Feeling hurt,

Feeling like they had to adjust themselves and didn't feel okay in that moment.

Really feel how your younger version felt by seeing their face and replaying that scene from an observer's point of view.

As if you were watching a movie and you were watching yourself in the movie.

Replay the scene from the beginning again.

See the impact that this had on the child.

But this time start from the beginning and imagine that you can pause the scene before it happened.

And you could say something to the younger version of yourself.

Imagine you can go into this scene and touch your inner child's shoulder and whisper a message to them to let them know that everything's going to be okay.

And then play the scene.

See them again being hurt.

As soon as you see the hurt,

Tap them on the shoulder again and whisper some encouraging,

Nurturing and loving words so that they know that they are okay.

That it's okay to be them.

And that they are loved and whole.

And that nothing is their fault.

And they don't need to take responsibility.

See how the child receives this.

Watch their face light up.

And feel how you feel when you see their face light up.

And now it's time for you to leave the scene.

But imagine before you leave you can embrace your inner child and you can tell them that you will always be there for them.

You will always look after them.

And you will always love them.

Anytime they need you you will give them everything that they ever want.

Now imagine yourself floating out of the scene into the sky higher and higher.

Keep floating higher and higher until you see a white light.

Go into the white light and allow it to illuminate your entire being.

Feel it healing and empowering you through every single vein in your entire body.

This is the power of your inner child.

Feel the power within your heart beaming throughout your whole body.

Feel a sense of play of joy.

Feel a sense of love curiosity and safety.

Feel the wonder of being a child and feel completely in bliss.

And slowly come down and imagine yourself floating back into the area that you began in the stairs.

Imagine walking down those stairs and feeling some kind of difference as if something may have changed.

And notice the jar at the bottom of the stairs that you left behind with your beliefs and ideas.

You can now have it back if you wish.

Continue to walk out of the door and start to see the number three illuminated in front of you.

Start to prepare to bring yourself back to a new world a new time a new energy and a new you.

See the number two illuminated bright in front of you.

Start to move your fingers very slightly and your toes start coming back into your body and feel the number one in your awareness as an invitation to come back.

You can stay here for longer if you wish it's completely up to you but if you're ready to come back then gently open your eyes and stay here for a few moments before you rush off into your day just let it absorb give yourself this gift for a few more moments and perhaps reflect on the experience and enjoy the rest of your day we will speak soon

Chose 2 events whete my inner child felt abandoned. I understand these events differently now and have no need to think about them how I used to. This meditation gave me the space to consider my thoughts and feelings at the time along with others. I imagined a different outcome to. I am sitting outside. When asked to imagine my inner child bathed in white light, the sun suddenly came out from behind a cloud and shone so brightly. It was very beautiful. Thank you again.🙂
