Welcome to this experience.

This moment is all about removing any pressures to do,

To fix,

And to be a certain way.

So start by allowing your body to just relax.

Letting go of any performance right now.

Any tension in your shoulders,

In your jaw.

Noticing your left leg and your right leg.

Your left toe and your right toe.

And then noticing the breath in your stomach,

In your chest,

And through your nostrils.

The mind may still be moving,

But that's okay.

Stay with the breath and really see if you can let me in right now to guide you.

Connect with me through your heart versus your head.

Really try and feel my voice and the vibration and the care that I have to help you right now.

Feel your heart and start to become aware of any time where you've really been trying,

Trying to be a certain way,

Trying to be loved or accepted,

Trying to do really well and perform,

Trying to even get peace or success or achievement,

And just let that go.

And remind yourself of who you are really underneath any role,

Title,

Any responsibility,

Any achievement,

Any movement.

And just notice your heart right now.

And remember the child that you are,

Smiling and playing,

Playing and playing and having fun.

Feel that in your body,

That sense of joy,

And love,

An absolute presence.

Enjoy the feeling of being you,

Who you are under everything.

Find who you are underneath all the noise and the layers,

Anyone else's voice,

Anyone who's influenced you both positively and negatively.

Remove all of that voice from within you and come to your heart and come home.

Start to picture a few people in your life that you really care about.

Really see them as a soul playing as well,

Innocent.

And just imagine giving to them,

Serving them,

Loving them without any pressure or performance.

And now imagine yourself in all the things you're doing without any pressure to be a certain way or to achieve,

Removing any fear and any stress.

And just being and taking action from this nothingness,

From space,

From this breath and this joy,

And this love and this peace all inside your heart,

Inside your heart,

Stay there,

All your attention there with each breath,

Each breath sinking you in,

In freedom and joy.

And love and peace,

Know who you are beyond any identification,

Only truth.

And we'll start ending the meditation there.
