Welcome to the Dimensional Breathing Meditation.
I invite you to comfortably sit with your spine straight and let your hands rest softly on your lap.
Gently close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in through the nose and a long soft breath out.
Again breathing in deeply and breathing out fully.
And one more time inhale and exhale releasing.
Now observe for a moment how do you feel today?
What is alive for you?
How do you feel mentally,
Emotionally,
Physically and energetically?
And observe yourself for a few moments.
Just be curious about your holistic state today.
Before we start the practice know that we will take 3 breaths for each direction into your multidimensional body.
But you will not move your body at all.
You will just visualize yourself breathing into each side of your body and always with your eyes closed.
And there is no right or wrong of doing this practice.
The invitation is to fully own your unique way of doing it.
Be curious and play with possibilities.
Now bring awareness to the right side of your body.
The right side of your face,
Your right shoulder,
Your right arm,
Your right hip,
Leg,
Foot.
And inhale deeply and exhale into the right side of your body without moving.
Expanding outward into the space of your right side.
And again inhale and exhale into the right side.
Always keeping your body straight.
And one last time inhale and exhale expanding the awareness towards the right side of your body.
Now shift to the left side of your body.
The left side of your face,
Your left shoulder,
Arm,
Hip,
Leg,
Foot.
And inhale deeply and exhale fully into your left side.
Into the world on your left.
Again,
Breathe in and breathe out into your left side.
And one last time inhale deeply and exhale fully into the world on your left.
Always keeping your body in the same position.
Now bring your awareness to your back body.
The back of your head,
Your shoulders,
Your spine,
Your hips and the back of your legs.
And inhale deeply and fully exhale into the back of your body.
Into the space behind you.
And inhale again and exhale further back into the world behind you.
And one more time breathe in and release into the vastness of the world behind you.
Now bring awareness to your front body,
Your face,
Chest,
Belly,
Thighs.
And inhale deeply and exhale into your front body.
And again,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Expanding into the world in front of you.
One last time inhale and exhale forward into your front body.
Now shift awareness to the right front diagonal part of your body.
This area is a little bit in front of your right shoulder.
You can breathe into this diagonal space of your body.
And exhale expanding into the world that lies in this area.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale outward into the right front diagonal.
One more breath in and exhale into the world on this side.
And now you're going to shift the awareness to the left front diagonal part of your body.
This is a little bit in front of your left shoulder.
You can breathe deeply and exhale fully into this place.
You can slowly inhale again and exhale outward into the world on the left front diagonal.
One last time breathe in and release into the same side.
Now bring awareness to the right back diagonal.
This is the space behind your shoulder.
And inhale deeply and exhale into that space of your body,
Into the world behind you on the right side.
Inhale again and exhale to the right back diagonal.
One last time breathing in and releasing your breath in the same direction.
Now the left back diagonal.
You can start by inhale deeply and fully exhale into the world behind you on the left.
Inhale again and exhale outward to the same space.
One last time breathe in and release into the world on this dimension.
Now bring awareness to the space above your upper body.
And inhale and fully exhale into the sky,
Into the cosmos,
Into the upper part of your body.
Again deeply inhale and exhale connecting with the vast world above.
And one last time breathe in and release upward always without moving the body.
Now bring awareness downwards from your belly through your legs into the earth.
And inhale deeply and exhale sending your breath into the ground.
And inhale again and exhale downwards rooted into the earth.
One more time inhale and exhale deeply into the world below you.
Now bring awareness inwardly into your inner universe.
And here inhale deeply and completely exhale sending your breath into your inner dimension.
And inhale one more time and exhale inwardly.
And one more time inhale and exhale deeply into the vastness of your inner universe.
Now imagine your breath swirling like a gentle wind.
Spiraling through each dimension in sequence.
Right,
Left,
Back,
Front,
Diagonals,
Above and below.
With every cycle your breath waves a spiral of light through your body and into the space around you.
Feel this spiral flowing in all directions at once.
Bringing balance,
Wholeness and vitality to your entire being.
Let the spiral soften and return to your natural rhythm of breath.
Feel your body sitting here.
Present,
Grounded,
Calm and alive in all dimensions.
And take one last deep breath in and a long soft breath out.
Now come back to how you felt at the beginning of this meditation.
And bring awareness into any shift and change on your perception.
About your body,
Mind,
Emotions,
Energy.
And whenever you're ready you can slowly open your eyes.
