Take several natural breaths to come into the moment and prepare for the meditation.
Gently direct your breath to your chest,
Side ribs and upper back,
Cultivating an experience of lightness and openness.
As your breath flows more freely,
Your ribcage expands and relaxes rhythmically.
Gently massaging your heart,
Thereby supporting its optimal functioning.
Take several breaths to listen to your heart more deeply,
Sensing how its every beat sends vitality to all the cells of your body while nourishing itself lovingly.
As you attune to your heart with greater sensitivity,
Allow it to communicate with you in a language beyond words,
One that is filled with meaning,
Opening to receive the guidance that supports its optimal health and healing.
Begin by listening to your heart with regard to changes you could make in your lifestyle,
Diet and daily activities.
Take several breaths to reflect on which of your habits need to be gradually released and what new activities would support your overall health and well-being.
Listen to your heart's guidance sensitively,
Envisioning how its wisdom could be integrated into your daily activities.
Now attune to your heart and ask for guidance in relation to your thoughts and feelings,
Helping you to recognize the emotional patterns that cause stress and disharmony.

Sensing the qualities you can cultivate that would lead to greater harmony in all of your interactions and activities.
Now attune to your heart even more sensitively,
Asking for guidance with regard to your life's purpose and deeper meaning.
