In this meditation,
We're beginning with a sense that our energy can feel fragmented or scattered or splintered.
We don't quite feel whole and complete as we are.
So we're grounding and clearing our energy.
Take a moment wherever you're at to become comfortable,
Whether you're seated or lying down.
And from the top of your head down to the soles of the feet,
Take a moment to internally scan and witness your energy where it feels like there are holes or blockages or areas of no sensation or no awareness.
Noticing too where there are areas that the energy seems to flow,
Feels connected.
Observing the whole front of the body,
The left side,
The right side,
The back,
The back,
The back,
The bones and the muscles and the organs,
The systems of the body.
Where intuitively do you sense you're needing to defrag,
To create a sense of clarity,
A flow?
It might be the whole body or one area in particular or lots of sporadic areas.
Just notice what in you is asking for healing right now.
Scanning the awareness again from the bottom of the feet,
The soles of the feet,
Slowly moving up to the crown of the head.
And there's no rush.
You can take a moment or it might happen in what feels like a snap of a finger.
The awareness again lands at the crown of the head.
And a deep breath in through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth,
Sighing.
An actual loud sigh,
The sound H-A as you sigh.
Inhale through the nose.
One more time.
Same thing.
Inhale nose.
And as you exhale,
You might even soften and slouch a bit as you give into the sense of release and let go.
Allow yourself to just sink for a moment.
Don't worry about posture or form or posing.
Let even the belly get soft.
The shoulders can slouch forward.
The spine can round,
Give into the sinking feeling,
Feeling heavy through the whole body.
There,
Yeah.
And the next inhalation will start to grow taller again,
Inhaling slowly,
Your posture is correcting a bit,
Stacking the vertebra,
One on top of the other.
Inhale,
Roll the shoulders up to the ears and exhale the shoulders back and down as you feel some weight in the elbows.
The hands can rest on your thighs or in your lap.
Allow the chin to tuck slightly towards the chest,
Feeling the back of the neck straighten.
Good.
And bringing your awareness now again to the crown of the head.
Honestly as you scan from the crown of the head,
Imagine field of energy along the skin,
Creating an outline,
Like a shadow outline of the whole self,
The face,
But this 360 degree view of the body,
The sides of the body,
The back of the body,
All the way down,
Tracing around the body as if you're making a mold of the body,
Coating the outer layer of the body on all sides,
All the way down to the soles of the feet.
And as you get to the soles of the feet,
Feeling a soft,
Subtle,
Tingly vibration there of the soles of the feet,
Maybe even little popping sensations like popcorn,
Signal that energy is starting to shift and release.
Imagine breathing in through the soles of the feet and that same outline,
The same coating of awareness along the external body,
The skin,
The clothes,
Scan slowly up.
As you move,
Imagining as many parts of your body as you can,
Tops of the feet,
The ankles,
The calves,
The shins,
The knees and backs of the knees,
Inner and outer thighs,
Tops and bottoms of thighs,
The hip crease,
The pelvis,
Your hip bones,
Your glutes,
The abdomen,
Your belly button,
The low back,
Along the spine,
The ribs,
The heart,
Into the chest,
The collarbones,
And from the fingertips,
Insides of the fingers,
Palms of the hands,
Tops of the hands,
The wrists,
Forearms,
Inner elbow,
The elbow,
The upper arms and armpits,
To the shoulders,
The throat,
The back of the neck,
The base of the skull,
The jawline,
The mouth and lips,
The tongue,
The cheeks,
The ears and the back of the head,
Along the nose,
The nostrils,
The eyes,
Eyebrows,
Forehead,
All the way back up to the crown of the head,
The energy meeting and sealing there at the crown of the head.
Internally scanning,
Imagining the bones of your skeleton from the crown of the head all the way down to the feet,
All the bones that you can imagine.
Feeling the weight and heaviness of your own bones,
The structure of your physical organism.
Feeling again the feet on the ground perhaps connected to the earth.
Adjusting your awareness to a subtler layer,
See if you can sense tingling,
Streaming,
Pulsing,
Vibrant,
Soft energy from the feet,
Slowly moving again through all the parts up to the crown of the head.
Like an invisible,
Transparent self,
Perhaps there's colors that you can sense as you move through this energy body.
Sensing places within your field that perhaps there are holes or blockages.
Seeing those areas smooth out and connect to the parts around them.
Your awareness again rests at the crown of the head and your field shifts outward to contain the whole self at once,
All the limbs,
All the bones,
Your energy.
Sensing the self as an interconnected,
Grounded whole,
Fully alive,
Activated being.
The expression on your face is one of peace,
Contentment,
Relaxation.
There's any other area of the body that needs particular attention,
Particular healing,
Sending your consciousness there and feeling prana,
Life force energy,
Pool into this area of the body,
Allowing the intelligence of prana to do its own work.
You are a self-healing organism,
Always on a pathway to greater and greater wholeness,
Integrity,
Integration.
Receiving healing from your own life force,
Shifting again back to awareness of breath and this gentle ebb and flow through your whole being at once that you inhale.
Your entire field expands outward slightly and as you exhale,
It softens inward slightly.
Harmony,
Balance,
Integration,
Grounding,
Clearing.
I am whole.
I am whole.
I am whole.
As you're ready with your next inhalation,
Deep breath in,
Allow the eyes to blink open and notice any shifts in your vision and colors or textures that you're receiving through your eyes as you look through the eyes of grounded clarity.
