This is a subtle sound journey experience to reset and stabilize your energy to a place of poise and peace. Inspired by the return to knowing, of inner power, and a calm and loving confidence, shining over your world and through your being. I have used crystal singing bowls in heart chakra and root chakra tones along with my own singing and some nature sounds.
