Waning moon,
Surrender to the dream.
Welcome to this meditation experience.
You can sit or lie down,
Finding the most comfortable position for you today.
I invite you to close your eyes and allow a gentle breath to flow through your entire being,
In and out of your nose.
A natural breath,
A natural sense of softness and surrender,
Natural relaxation.
And so easily and effortlessly you begin to unwind,
Resting here,
Inviting in the sensation of melting,
Butter melting on a warm day,
Honey dripping.
The softness that a ripple of relaxation initiates running through you,
Spreading gently through your awareness,
Melting.
You initiate yourself into this sense of surrender now,
As the moon wanes,
Melting through the day.
We drift,
We melt,
We let go.
Sensing an inner movement of surrendering,
Letting go,
Melting and you feel it in your invisible sense of self,
Melting,
Pouring into this vast you.
Let thoughts go,
And let them go even more.
Dropping all plans and ideas,
Just let them go for now,
Let them melt.
Trusting the more you let go,
The more will be revealed,
The more you will see the real you,
The more you will sense you,
The real you,
The more you will feel you,
The real you.
Behind the ideas of you,
Dropping your story,
Melting into infinite stories in the dream.
Melting ideas of any obstacles,
Restrictions,
Dropping ideas of success,
Achievement,
Dropping all of these ideas and tentacles of stories now,
Let them melt,
Let them all melt into the dream now,
Swirling,
Swimming.
And as everything drops,
More and more of the most potent,
Pristine,
Powerful sense of you,
Expression of you,
Emerges.
With all dropping away,
There you are,
There you always are,
Always pure presence,
The space,
Dreamer of the dream,
Weaving you in flow,
Weaving your own dream,
Waves,
Ripples of experiences,
How effortless can you be,
How subtle,
Sensing deep within that that power is the most subtle,
Effortless grace,
A dark garden,
Under the waning moon,
Blankets of darkness like rolling hills,
With dreams being born and melting,
Stars shining so bright and folding,
Collapsing,
And you the presence watching it all,
Holding it all,
Sensing,
Experiencing it all,
Effortlessly allowing it all,
Constant space of surrender,
Like a tone,
Acknowledging within now the sense of self beyond self,
Playful paradoxes dancing through your inner atmosphere,
You let life breathe through you,
Let the release happen through you,
Let life flow through you,
As you,
Touch upon your invisible inner power and allow the most majestic beautiful dance to move through you,
Surprise you,
You the instrument,
And your song begins to sing more fully now,
You serenading you,
In this dream world of you,
Be here for a few moments now,
Exploring and being explored,
All you greeting you,
Quietness within,
Like a breath through a rose garden,
You can rest and exhale now,
Deeper you go,
Enjoy your own dream.
