Just being with the landscape of your body right now.
And using your awareness and your imagination.
You ground into the earth and you can conjure any kind of earth you like.
Something that feels safe and comforting to you.
Maybe a quiet forest,
Dark soil,
Maybe sand.
Maybe a certain time when you felt most in tune with the earth.
And you just conjure that feeling so gently now.
Settling your energy,
Your body,
Your awareness into this earthy feeling.
And let yourself be.
Relaxing or trying?
Forcing?
Dealing?
Let the subtle lead.
You feel the presence of a sunset emerging.
Like a fragrance suddenly drifting through.
And you sense into your root chakra.
Maybe you sense the deep,
Rich,
Red tones of the sunset here.
Reds and orange.
Melting together A red sun beginning to sink behind tall forest trees.
And you just let these sunset sensations work some kind of magic of melting relaxation through your roots.
A sense of safety deepening.
Deeper and deeper.
Exploring the sensations of your vaster self you meeting you.
And now you feel this sunset.
Melting into the sacral chakra.
And you feel a sense of orange Maybe some of the tones of blue in the sky.
Transforming.
A rich orange sunset melting into the ocean.
The sunset tones shimmering through the waters.
Shimmering through the waters of you.
Notice the effect the imagining,
The sensing of these sensations,
Colours,
Images has through your being.
Exploring these sensations.
Sweeping,
Swirling,
Clearing through.
And now you sense into the solar plexus chakra.
The heat of the sun potent here.
The heart of the sun.
Shining.
And you notice the sunset transforms deeper yet.
As though the stars ready to emerge in the night sky are whispering messages through this light of the dimming sun.
Tones of orange melting into purple and pink.
The sky within you transforming.
You transforming.
More and more of the true you shining through.
The sensation of the sky.
In the middle of transformation,
Rich with beauty and power.
And you just marvel at these sensations,
Tones,
Colors here.
As though it had a texture.
A sound.
The sensation of you melting into the sunset sky.
Shimmering with who you are.
And now your awareness moves to the sunset at the heart chakra.
The pink and purple tones of the sunset take over now.
Pastels moving through the heart space.
Clearing,
Calming.
Rejuvenating something.
And you listen for the quiet tones of messages and comfort within you now.
The feeling of roses against a pink sunset sky.
The softness of the depths of your heart.
You the sky,
The sky you you sense the expanse the dream.
Now you move to the throat chakra.
Sunset tones here.
You sense more purple and blue amidst the pinks.
All is melting and swirling here.
The airy expanse.
Throat becoming the sky.
Song singing through the sunset tones.
Like a sigh,
Like an exhale.
Let yourself rest deeper here.
And now you move to the third eye space.
Deep,
Deep blue begins to melt through you now.
The sky quietens.
There is silence within.
Just this quiet,
Deep blue.
As the sun begins to dwindle.
And disappear.
Notice the space.
Notice the sensation of this deep blue.
And the quiet.
You And now you sense the crown chakra.
Atop your head.
The dark night sky takes over now.
Swirling stars descending,
Sweeping through you and all around you.
Shimmering sparkling soft sensations all swirl and move through your body.
Notice where you sense them.
Where is this softness the most clear for you?
And a blanket of darkness,
Of protection and safety descends all around you.
As the stars shimmer.
And sparkle.
Protection,
Safety.
All is quiet now.
All in harmony.
Nothing to do.
The warmth of the sunset still lingers through the coolness of the dark sky.
