Welcome to this guided meditation,
Graceful Receiving.
You can sit or lie down,
Find a comfortable position,
Whatever feels best for you today.
And just begin by allowing a deep breath to move in and through your body,
And release with a sigh.
And just allow yourself to begin to settle here and now,
Letting your breath be soft and natural,
In and out of your nose,
No force.
Releasing any need to fix anything,
Releasing any need to be perfect.
And just welcoming in the idea of letting everything be,
Allowing your body to soften as though you are melting into a sense of warmth that is already surrounding you,
And you are simply becoming aware of it,
Gently.
This is a space where everything exists in a soft and welcoming way,
Where your dreams,
Desires are simply natural,
Where any idea that anything is hard or a struggle simply melts away,
As your body and being begins to melt and merge with this space,
This sense.
As your mind begins to settle,
Simmering gently with this warmth,
Everything is already gentle yet powerful here,
And so are you.
You already are.
Here,
You can embrace yourself,
All layers of yourself,
Here you can allow this warmth,
This sense of gentle light to embrace you,
Weaving in and out,
And you can let yourself be held,
The perfect amount for you today.
Maybe this energy,
This sense of warmth simply lingers in the background,
Reassuring you,
Or maybe it sweeps over you in a powerful way.
Whatever feels right for you right now is,
And you begin to notice that you don't have to try or force anything,
Because you are perfect as you are,
Because you just are,
Simply for existing effortlessly,
Simply for being you,
And you feel a sense of remembering that you are worthy of this peace,
You are worthy of this power,
Because it already is you,
It's all within you.
What if you could soften and relax with this peaceful power,
This gentle presence,
This deep knowing of the force of nature that you are,
Soft and strong,
Gentle power,
And with this sense,
You simply allow wonderful,
Magical things to arrive in your world,
To ripple through you,
Miracles effortlessly shimmering through this warmth,
Through this settling into your own power,
And allowing yourself to receive,
Without having to push or prove,
Like a big beautiful flower,
Simply being,
Knowing,
And allowing,
Expecting,
Trusting the light to arrive,
As though it is the most natural thing in the world,
Because it is,
And just allow yourself to bask here,
In this restful,
Expansive space,
This safety in knowing that this is the truth,
And you feel a sense of an inner smile,
An inner warmth,
Of how silly it seems to have ever had to try so hard to push or prove,
And playfully knowing that you are enough just as you are,
What wonders and miracles are revealed to you and through you,
From simply dwelling in this space,
And notice if you feel more expanded,
Within this limitless warmth,
Of gentle receptivity,
You are like a sensual whisper on the warm breeze,
The scent and the true soul of you,
From your heart,
Effortlessly receiving,
Effortlessly beckoning,
Knowing and trusting it is all already yours,
With this graceful sense of true self,
That is more powerful than any doubt,
More powerful than any fears,
More real than anything at all,
The true truth,
Eternal,
Limitless truth,
And just allow yourself to be here,
Open and receptive,
And allow your dreams to roam to your heart's desires,
Like a bee gently landing on each flower,
Knowing these desires and wishes are already yours,
Because they come from within you,
That they are already received and sensed from this expanded state,
Because truly,
You are all.
