So vast all of you swirls like the water before you and takes form as you and flows and takes form you always flow you sense yourself letting go of something something you thought you were and no longer are and you sense a wave of energy running through you of something you are now becoming all these essences,

All these streams of you,

They flow,

They flow again and yet you remain this darkness remains this silence this presence there is a deep wisdom settling in here now there is a deep trust pooling beneath you and there is infinite wisdom vibrating above you and through all and you sense this dark rich energy running through you and you enjoy the sense of this silent essence a silent sense of satisfaction do you sense this vast presence that you are?

Let it greet you as you that's you,

The real you beyond words,

Beyond all and you allow yourself to feel enveloped in this darkness and you let yourself breathe gently,

Relaxing into this darkness and you let yourself be and become nothing you need to do,

Instead you can just rest in this great essence you are and enjoy the sensation of it working,

Running through you dreaming as you it dreams as you the beauty of this energy moves through you in a constant stream in a familiar flow beyond time you are in the darkness of this sky,
