Very soothing practice for fatigue and feeling overstimulated. No music, soothing voice, lots of pauses and space for deep rest. I'll return to this meditation!

I find this is helpful for this time in my life of complex chronic illness: Meditation and rest are helping me heal. This practice is quiet, still and compassionate..... and I love this white cat !! 😊
