Hello and welcome to some me time.

Congratulations for taking some time off just for yourself.

Have a comfortable seat.

Relax your arms on your lap.

And make yourself really comfortable.

Feel your feet on the floor.

Become aware of your toes.

And see if you can feel every toe individually.

Maybe you need to wiggle them a bit.

And become aware of the soles of your feet on the floor.

And now move your attention to your legs.

Just become aware of your legs without wanting to change anything.

Become aware of the weight of your body on your seat.

Now focus your attention on your stomach and abdomen.

And notice how your belly rises and falls with every breath.

Now move your attention to your chest.

And just notice how it expands and contracts with every breath.

And become aware of your hands on your lap.

Just notice if your hands are cold or hot or neutral.

And slowly move your fingers.

Become aware of all your fingers and thumbs.

And now become aware of your arms.

And your shoulders.

Let your shoulders relax as if they were ice melting in the sun.

Become aware of your neck.

Notice any tension.

And let go.

And become aware of your face.

Let all the muscles in your face relax and soften.

And become aware of your whole head.

And imagine that an invisible thread is holding your head up.

And you move your chin slightly backwards.

And take a deep breath in and very slowly release.

And now take a moment to just observe your breathing.

Notice where in your body you can feel your breath.

Maybe at the top of your nostrils as you breathe in.

Or as your belly or chest rises.

Or as the air leaves your body again.

See if you can follow two complete cycles of breath.

And now imagine that today is the start of something new.

A new you.

How does that feel to be a new you?

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts about what happened yesterday.

Or what worries you.

Or any thoughts about what you should do next after this meditation.

Just let the thoughts be.

Let them come and go.

And imagine.

What if?

What if you could just do what you wanted to do?

What would that look like?

What would that feel like?

What if you could inspire others by what you have learned and experienced in life?

Think of something that is bothering you right now.

And start to explore what could be a potential opportunity of what is happening right now.

Maybe you can learn something new about yourself or others.

Maybe it helps you to strengthen your mental power.

Maybe you could turn it into a gift of inspiration for others.

What if you liked what you did and did what you like?

How would that look like and feel like?

Beginning today and with the next days to follow,

Ask yourself the following question.

What is one tiny little step which I could take today to get a bit closer to what I would like to do?

And be patient.

Allow yourself some time to answer the question over the next couple of days.

If your answer comes,

Check if you are willing to take the action.

If the step feels too big,

Try to make it smaller.

For example,

If you'd like to meditate more.

So instead of aiming for 15 minutes of meditation every day,

See if instead you can commit to one minute of meditating every day.

When we take very little steps,

We can often overcome the fear.

If you start with a small step,

You can gradually build on it once you have taken the action.

When we want to make a change in our lives,

Often times we do have the insight,

We know what it takes to change,

But taking the action is something different altogether.

And if you can't make the tiny step,

That's okay too.

Be gentle with yourself and just keep pondering on the question.

What is one tiny little thing you can do today to get you closer to where you'd like to be and to what you'd like to do?

I'm so grateful that you're listening to this and that you're taking some time just for yourself.

That in itself is already a first step towards doing what you'd like to do.

With that in mind,

Take a deep breath in and slowly release.

Imagine that when you're breathing in,

You're breathing in lots of fresh new energy.

And when breathing out,

You're letting go of all that you no longer need.

So take in that new energy and let go.

Become aware of any sounds you can hear.

See if you can notice any sound that's far away.

And become aware of any sound around you.

And see if you can hear your own breathing as you breathe in and out.

Become aware of your feet on the floor.

Give your toes a little wiggle and become aware of your hands on your lap.

Slowly move your fingers.

And when you're ready,

At your own time,

Come back to where you are.

Slowly open your eyes.

Become aware of your surroundings.

And have a magical day.

And all the best for taking the next small steps to get you closer to doing what you'd like to do.
