I'm so glad you're here.
If you're moving through a health challenge right now,
Something that's just arisen,
Or something you've been caring for a while,
This practice is for you.
There's a reason why we say that attitude is half the battle in healing.
When we're caught in fear or anxiety,
Our body's natural capacity to restore itself becomes constricted.
Stress hormones flood our system,
And the body's healing intelligence,
Like our immune response or natural cellular repair,
Gets pulled away from its work.
Realignment is not about pushing fear away.
It's about making space for it.
And then gently moving towards something steadier.
Grounded.
Calmer.
How does that sound?
If you're ready,
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
Wherever your body feels most at ease right now.
Let your spine settle into a neutral posture and give yourself permission to adjust however and whenever you need to.
Close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.
Now begin to notice your body without judgment.
Scan for any areas of tension or where you might be holding yourself in place.
Start from the top of your head Move down your face.
And then to your jaw.
Release any tightness you feel.
Scan your neck and your shoulders and let them soften Now notice your chest.
Your belly.
Your lower back.
Let your arms relax and your hands rest gently where they are.
Finally,
Scan from your seat to the top of your legs.
Your legs to your knees.
And then down through your ankles into your feet.
Allow your body to be at rest.
Just as it is.
Now turn your attention to your breath.
Take a nice gentle breath in.
And a slow,
Easy breath out.
And again,
A nice gentle breath in.
And a slow,
Easy breath out.
Find a breath rhythm that feels comfortable to you.
There's no right or wrong.
No pace you need to match.
Just breathe naturally and with every exhale,
Let yourself relax a little more.
Allow yourself to hear these words with openness.
Notice any emotions that arise with compassion.
And with care.
Take time to reflect on them afterwards.
For now,
Simply follow the practice and receive them as you are able.
If you wish,
You can repeat them and use any phrasing.
That is meaningful for you.
I am deeply connected to Divine Energy.
I am an expression of divine energy.
I am whole,
Even now.
I trust that something greater than myself is supporting my healing.
I allow every cell in my body to soften and open.
I am receiving healing from all sources available to me.
I feel light moving through me.
I feel my body responding,
Even in ways I cannot yet see.
When fear arises,
And it may,
I allow it.
This is part of being human.
I hold space for my feelings.
I also hold space for trust.
I trust myself.
I trust my body's wisdom.
I trust the healing that is already underway.
I give myself grace.
I give myself patience.
And I give thanks for this moment.
For this breath.
For this healing.
For everything I'm co-creating right now.
Keep breathing.
Let these words settle in and just be with them.
Know that showing up for yourself like this is already part of your healing.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in.
And let that go.
And again.
A nice gentle breath in.
And an easy breath out.
As we close this practice,
You can wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
You can circle your wrists and move your head from side to side.
Add in any gentle movement.
That brings you back to your space.
And when you're ready.
