Let's begin.
Take a moment and get comfortable in your space.
Settle into your seat with a neutral spine.
Relax into your space in whatever way your physicality allows.
You can close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.
Now take a nice,
Easy breath in,
And a slow,
Gentle breath out.
Sink a little deeper into a relaxed posture,
And keep breathing at a comfortable,
Gentle pace.
Relax.
Address your higher powers in whatever way feels good to you.
Thank you for all you provide every day.
Thank you for your guidance,
Support,
And protection.
Thank you for creating healing through my health and well-being,
And for keeping me connected with my inner wisdom and power.
Thank you for guiding me to look at life with curiosity and a commitment to learning,
So I may find peace,
Purpose,
And prosperity in all I am and all I do.
Thank you for nurturing me to show up for myself and others with connection and compassion.
Thank you for showing me how to be kind to myself when I feel overwhelmed,
Overly critical,
Or full of self-doubt.
Thank you for helping me cultivate grace,
Forgiveness,
And kindness with those who are struggling,
And for supporting me to advocate for myself when the struggle is mine.
I thank you for all the beings and relationships that sustain and nourish me every day,
And I am grateful for the opportunity to sustain and nourish those I care for in return.
For all the gifts,
Blessings,
And abundance,
Miracles and magic,
Resources and opportunities that I have,
That are gifted to me and that I co-create,
