Hi,
This is Aisha from The Purposeful Path,
And welcome to today's morning gratitude meditation.
Let's begin.
Take a moment and get comfortable in your space.
Settle into your seat with a neutral spine.
Relax into your space in whatever way your physicality allows.
You can close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.
If it resonates with you,
Place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly.
Otherwise,
Rest your hands wherever feels most comfortable to you.
Now,
Take a nice easy breath in,
And a slow gentle breath out,
And sink a little deeper into your seat.
Let your body relax.
Keep breathing at a comfortable,
Gentle pace.
Address your higher powers in whatever way feels good to you,
And if you wish,
You may repeat the gratitude as it's phrased or speak it in your own words.
I thank you for all you provide every day.
I thank you for your guidance,
Support,
And protection.
I thank you for co-creating healing for my health and well-being,
And for keeping me connected with my inner wisdom and power.
Thank you for guiding me to look at life with a learning mindset,
So that I may find peace,
Purpose,
And prosperity in all I am and all I do.
Thank you for showing me how to be kind to myself,
Especially when I feel like I'm not good enough or that I'm undeserving.
I thank you for all the beings and relationships in my life that nourish and sustain me.
Thank you for the opportunity to give love and care in return.
Thank you for helping me cultivate compassion for myself and others in challenging relationships.
Thank you for teaching me it's okay to make mistakes and to grow from them,
To be better and do better.
I thank you for grounding me in clarity and integrity,
Discernment and detachment,
And for uplifting me with grace,
Love,
Forgiveness,
And release.
For all the gifts,
Blessings,
And abundance,
Miracles and magic,
Resources and opportunities that I have,
That are gifted to me,
And that I co-create.
I'm grateful,
I love you,
I trust you,
And I thank you.
Now take a nice deep breath in and let it out.
And if you're holding your hands on your heart and belly,
You can release them down with a sigh.
Now shake your shoulders,
Move your head from side to side,
And whenever you're ready,
If you haven't already,
You can open your eyes.
As you begin your day,
May these affirmations keep you rooted and balanced,
Knowing that you are not alone.
Thank you for joining me sending peace,
Love,
And solidarity.
