Refresh your body with an inhale of sweet oxygen,
Filling your lungs to full capacity.
And exhale with a big sigh,
Relax,
Letting all the air empty from your lungs.
And again,
Inhale deeply,
Filling your body with new life.
And exhale slowly,
Let all tension melt off your body,
Your mind.
Receive your next inhale like a gift,
Feel it fully.
And exhale,
Surrender all effort as you let your body soften,
Relax.
Let your breathing return to its natural cadence and soften even more deeply into a sense of wellness,
A sense of well-being.
See if you can simply let any thoughts or judgments dissolve.
From this place of relaxation,
Let your awareness rest on your body in an easy and effortless way.
Perhaps feeling a gentle sense of presence arising within you.
That light,
Buzzy feeling of aliveness,
Of is-ness.
Allow your gentle awareness of your own presence to soothe you.
It's just you and you here.

We'll affirm wellness in the main energy centers of your beautiful body.
Begin by drawing your attention to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
And repeat,
I am safe.
Repeat it over and over,
Slowly in your mind or out loud if that feels good.
Feel your inherent safety.
Let the energy of this base truth that transcends outer reality move through you.
I am safe.
Move your awareness upwards within the core of your body and rest it just below your belly button on your sacral chakra.
And repeat,
I belong.
Continue to repeat these words slowly,
Feeling the energy of them in the pit of your belly as you do.
Receiving that sense of complete and utter belonging in your body,
Mind,
Heart.
I belong.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Let your awareness travel upwards to your solar plexus chakra just below where the ribs meet.
And repeat,
I am good.
I am good.
Affirm and feel your total and complete goodness with these words.
The core of who you are is limitless goodness.
You are deserving of good things always.
I am good.
Now invite your awareness upwards into your heart chakra center and repeat,
I am the source of love.
I am the source of love.
Repeat this slowly,
Really feeling each word resonating in your heart space.
Feel your love bubbling up within you and pouring from you.
I am the source of love.
Float your awareness upwards to your throat chakra and repeat.
My voice matters.
My voice matters.
Feel the goodness and importance of your open and authentic expression.
Can you feel the world calling out for more of you?
Your heart,

Invite your awareness to the level of your third eye chakra at the point right between your eyebrows and repeat.
I am wise.
