Hello and welcome.

Today's meditation is all about reconnecting to our natural state of vibrant health and overflowing well-being.

Our bodies are continuously moving towards a state of thriving.

Every cell in our body is tuned and blueprinted with vibrant aliveness and perfection.

We are continually given messages about how to move towards this thriving through our emotions,

Intuition,

And the felt sensations of our body.

When we choose to heed those messages and believe in the healing power of our bodies,

Thriving is the result.

So for this meditation,

Get really comfortable.

Find somewhere soft and cozy to sit.

There you won't be disturbed and you can just completely relax into this meditation.

Just really make yourself comfortable,

Maybe placing a pillow behind your lower back.

Allow yourself to just settle in.

Let your thoughts fizzle away and just relax into this meditation.

Begin by breathing into your belly,

Feeling your belly expanding,

Your ribs and your chest pausing at the top,

And then exhaling from your chest,

Ribs,

Belly,

Feeling your belly button contract inwards towards your spine.

And again,

Inhale,

Feeling your belly,

Feeling your lungs,

Sipping in a little bit more air at the top into your chest.

And exhale,

Breathing out from your chest,

Ribs,

Belly,

Pausing at the bottom.

And again,

Inhale through your belly,

Feeling it expand,

Lungs,

Chest,

Really breathing space into your body and exhaling first from your chest,

Ribs,

Belly,

And finding stillness at the bottom of your exhale.

Now I want you to visualize a sea of gold and white lights surrounding you,

All around your body,

Sparkling,

Shining.

And on your next inhale,

Visualize yourself breathing in this warm golden light,

Filling and swirling into your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Feel it diffusing all throughout your body,

Your arms and your legs,

Shining up from the top of your head.

And we'll do this two more times,

Really seeing the white golden light around you,

Breathing it in deeply on your inhale,

As it goes through your nose into your lungs,

Filling them with light.

And then as you exhale,

Feel it diffusing out through your veins.

One more time,

Inhaling,

Feeling a bright white golden light swirling into your body.

And as you exhale,

Letting it pour throughout your body,

Your mind,

Allowing it to bolster you with a sense of vibrancy,

Aliveness,

And well-being.

And as you sit here surrounded by and infused with this bright golden light,

Repeat after me,

It's good that I feel good.

I act with kindness and compassion towards my body.

I honor my body's messages.

I nourish myself with vibrant foods.

I move and exercise my body in satisfying ways.

I send messages of gratitude and appreciation to the cells of my body.

I can relax and allow well-being to flow.

I love my body.

I was born to thrive.

Health and well-being are natural to me.

Now take a nice deep breath in,

Filling your mind and your body with that golden light,

And exhale with a sigh,

Letting it diffuse through every cell and pore of your body.

And notice how your body and mind feel now,

Maybe a little more alive,

Relaxed,

Refreshed.

And know that by releasing tension,

Releasing stress,

Your body will naturally acquiesce to an energized and vibrant state of being.

You are here to thrive,

And by treating your body with love and compassion and honor,

You will find your path to full health and aliveness with ease.
