It's safe to relax.

Hello and welcome to this week's Purely Being meditation.

This meditation is a mantra meditation and our mantra today is,

I honor,

Own,

And embody my experience now.

This mantra is all about acknowledging where you're at,

Your complete experience of this moment.

Everything that's going on within you on a felt sensory level.

And then owning it completely,

Not hiding from,

Denying,

Or calling anything wrong.

Letting its full expression be seen and felt in your body.

As a way to awaken the full human experience of being alive.

And also as a way to strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection.

When these three components are in alignment,

Emotional experiences are processed and integrated with ease.

Allowing all your circuits to open up.

So that the core truth of who you are can shine brighter and brighter every day.

If you haven't already,

Find a comfortable position either sitting or laying down.

If you're sitting,

You can cross your legs or have your feet firmly planted on the ground.

Rest your hands in your lap,

Palms facing up or down.

Whatever feels most intuitive today.

And just take a moment to center in and relax.

Close your eyes.

Find length and lift through your spine.

See if you can find a sense of grounding through your sit bones.

Feeling heavy through your pelvis.

Begin to deepen your inhales,

Breathing into the lower lobes of your lungs,

Into your belly.

And lengthen your exhales,

Allowing all the air to be released before your next inhale.

Feeling your belly button draw in towards your spine as you do.

In.

And out.

In.

And out.

Just like that.

And as you breathe and relax,

Begin to get a felt sense of you.

Allow yourself to feel yourself.

What does it feel like to be you right now?

Stay present.

Stay curious.

Breathe.

Allow yourself to get a felt sense of your body,

Your emotions,

Your energy and how this all translates to a sensory experience.

And without straining or resisting anything that's happening,

See if you can hold space for all of it to exist within you right now.

Replace any stories or thoughts about these sensations and tune purely into the felt sense of your embodied experience here and now.

Honor your experience,

Acknowledge it with kindness and respect.

Own your experience.

Make full responsibility and ownership of what you're feeling right now.

Embody your experience.

Allow these sensations to be felt and expressed fully within you.

If it feels good,

You might want to place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.

Big belly breath in.

.

.

Full exhale out.

.

.

Repeat after me.

I honor,

Own and embody my experience now.

I honor,

Own and embody my experience now.

Continue to repeat this mantra either silently in your own mind or out loud.

I honor,

Own and embody my experience now.

Feel yourself fully.

Own the experience.

Honor this real-time picture of you in this moment.

Hold space for all this feeling,

All this being to exist here and now.

I honor,

Own and embody my experience now.

Feel the peace of allowing what is without resisting it,

Without calling it wrong.

Know that you are worthy,

Good and whole as you are and nothing has gone wrong here.

I honor,

Own and embody my experience now.

For the next two minutes or so,

Repeat this mantra slowly,

Really feeling each word in your body as you do.

Keep your breath big and your heart wide open.

You'll hear a soft chime when the time has passed.

You'll hear a soft chime when the time has passed.

You'll hear a soft chime when the time has passed.

You'll hear a soft chime when the time has passed.

You'll hear a soft chime when the time has passed.

Inhale and exhale.

Take a moment to notice how you feel now.

Perhaps a bit more spacious,

More in tune with your body,

Your inner world.

The more you can sit with and be in the full experience of your embodied now,

The more harmony you'll experience within yourself.

From this place of acknowledgement and spacious allowing,

Whatever needs to be released will be released with ease and whatever your heart is calling for will flow in effortlessly.

Remember it's safe to relax.

It's safe to feel.

All is well.

From my heart to yours.

Namaste.
