Hello and welcome to this Purely Being Meditation.
Come to a relaxed,
Easy seated position.
And when you're ready,
Close down your eyes and begin to notice all the points of contact between you and the Earth.
Feel the soles of your feet connecting to the Earth.
Your sit bones and your shoulder blades are back on the cushion,
Becoming aware of the air temperature on your skin,
Noticing areas of warmth,
Areas of coolness,
Letting your attention be soft and spacious here.
Begin to sense your whole body all at once.
Feel your whole body staying present to your complete physical reality,
Feeling yourself as one singular entity,
Being vibrantly aware of your body,
From the soles of your feet to the top of your head,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your torso,
Consciously feeling your whole body all at once,
Noticing what it feels like to let your full attention be present on your whole body and just your body.
Perhaps it brings a sense of presence,
Softening,
A sense of groundedness,
Wholeness,
Relaxation.
Continue to breathe easy,
Let yourself rest here in your own presence,
Continuing to stay softly aware of your whole body without any thought or judgement,
Simply feeling it as an entire reality.
You are safe here in your body,
This is ground zero,
A deeply restorative and sacred space.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Surrender all effort,
Relax.
Know that you can continue and return to this grounding awareness of your whole body whenever you desire to do so.
Allow this simple act of being aware of your entire body all at once to soothe and simplify your present moment,
Returning you to the peace and presence that is natural and always available for you.
