Make it part of who you are.
Let your limbs relax.
Ground into the surface.
Let your heart relax.
Let your breath settle.
Let your eyes close and be at ease now.
Relax.
How do you imagine what does it feel like,
The place that your soul comes from?
The home of the divine?
What does this place feel like where your soul will go after this lifetime?
It is the place of powerful intents of light and love.
Its energy is being summoned here in this guided timeline.
I want you to visualise this place,
One of birth of everything.
Everything good and kind.
Everything of light and love.
Your body is sinking deep.
Your mind is focusing on the place of God.
Both your being and the place of God clearly yet gently drifting towards each other.
As you drift,
Making your way towards the home of the divine,
Imagine and feel what does that energy of powerful light and love feel like.
Let your mind explore and capture the power that lives in this spiritual realm.
Feel the energy of this place whilst floating,
Letting go of your physical life and everything that comes with it.
Moving to be in the presence of God.
As your body drifts towards the ultimate presence,
The ultimate what is,
The God itself,
Release any ideas and concepts of well and unwell,
Of hows and whys,
Of reasons to be unwell or out of alignment.
Let go of all of that.
Let go of the story told,
Story heard and story repeated.
None of it matters and none of it holds power here.
As you get closer to God,
Inner pressure is vanishing.
Your mind and your body becoming light as a feather.
Feel your God's calling.
The energy of healing and love pulling you in.
Calling you to let go,
To trust.
Calling you to surrender.
Calling you to surrender.
So answer that call.
Let go.
Trust.
And surrender now.
Let go.
Subtle pulse of energy.
They bring you to somewhat that looks like a blanket of Milky Way.
An ethereal suspension in space.
Saturated and shimmering thickly in light and energy that feels like the energy of stars,
Auras,
Chakras,
Northern lights and rainbows.
Everything in one.
Collided in one energy hammock that is holding you now.
The palm of God.
Relax.
Surrender your body to God.
Let the sensations of being held by God to flow through you now.
High frequency energy tuning your body now.
Reset it to what you have justodynamically liked.
Neutralizing anything that needs attention.
Dissolving any present or chronic tension.
Like a butter in the sun,
All the tenseness melting away now.
As it does,
Feel it making more space.
Waiting for the natural state of health and well-being to flow now.
Allow yourself to feel lightness.
Experience the new way of feeling as the new pathways of well-being open up and God's healing energy flows through your being now.
Like liquid gold flowing through your whole body now.
Feel your body breathing lighter.
Feel the tissue feeling the energy of God's healing.
Your capacity to absorb the healing flow is increasing.
It dispersing across,
Into all directions,
Flowing into the main parts,
Corners and crevices.
God's hand is leaving no corner untouched.
Feel your heart opening.
Feel your lips becoming lighter.
Feel your face to take on a glow of ease now.
Welcome any uplifting sensations from God's healing hand and the energy that is running through you right now.
Any veils of confusion are lifting.
The truth of your power of well-being is being shown to you.
While you float in God's palm,
Feel being cleansed with the power of light and love.
Energy running down and through like the most powerful waterfall,
Yet light as a feather.
Float and surrender.
Let God give you its best healing yet.
Let it in.
Everything in your body is aligning itself,
Whether you can feel it,
See it or not.
It simply is and it will continue to do so.
Let the fruit of God's healing to show up in time.
Relax.
Spend another moment here and use it as you wish in this divine embrace.
All is well.
Now gather yourself back into your physical presence and sensations,
Allowing for the grace of God to begin to move away.
The high of your alignment and healing is felt within all the cells and thoughts.
Tangible change and harmony.

For you,
For your body,
For your soul and the integration of wellbeing.
Begin to feel your physical body more now,
Finding it in the physical space that you are in,
Whilst acknowledging how blessed you are in this moment.
Feel your lips once more.
The lightness of them.
Feel your eyes once more.
Let them slowly open or stay closed for a wee while yet.
You are a miracle.
Your life is nothing but a miracle.
