Beautiful soul.

This is Rasa Lukasutte.

A warm welcome to this guided meditation using this sacred Hawaiian prayer Hapono Pono.

This ancient prayer is an artful practice that allows anyone to dive right into the magic of life through mental and spiritual cleansing,

Learning to heal all things by accepting total responsibility for everything that surrounds us,

Admission,

Sorrow and reconciliation.

The Hawaiian word Hapono Pono comes from Ho,

Meaning to make,

And Pono,

Meaning right.

The repetition of the word Pono means doubly right or being right with both self and others.

With a focus on this simple and profound meditation,

You can reprogram your subconscious mind,

Create more clarity,

Deeper physical healing and massively improve your mental health.

Through this healing and transformative practice,

Your life will naturally shift towards greater peace,

Health and awareness.

I invite you now to make yourself comfortable,

Taking a firm yet relaxed seat,

Where your spine can remain upright to support your upward flow of the energies.

If this seated position is not accessible to you,

Then please take any other comfortable position for this meditation.

Spend this minute or two fully arriving into this moment,

Letting go of any thoughts connected to the past or future,

Releasing any expectations.

Soften and open to the present moment,

To the possibility that lives within.

Close your beautiful eyes gently.

Focus on slowing down the mind.

Feel how your breath is putting space in between each thought.

Take a deeper breath,

Just notice what it feels like to breathe.

Breathing in softness and ease,

Breathing out resistance,

Doubt,

Tension and any dense thoughts.

Take a slightly deeper breath,

Stay present,

Bigger exhale,

Feel what it feels like to be here in this moment,

A moment of self-reflection and infinite possibility.

Draw a soft smile on your heart just because it feels good.

Feel the warmth of your innate good heart filling each part of your being.

Feel the boundless love radiating from your own good heart.

Allow yourself to let go a little more with each and every breath and to just soften naturally and organically into this infinite,

Loving space of the heart.

Feel how your heart is gently,

Softly opening through each moment you give it your attention,

Just like a flower opening its petals as the sun is kissing its head.

Rest in this softness and openness of the heart.

Let's begin.

If you wish,

You can place your hands now on top of your heart,

Right hand on top of the left hand,

Invoking a sense of protection,

Love and care for yourself.

Your emotions.

Notice where the body may be holding onto negative feelings and memories.

Mindfully bring these up and if you are ready,

Flush it out.

Breathe softly.

Trust your journey and that you are where you are meant to be.

Aligning to the highest good and the essence of who you are.

HAPANOPANO is love in action.

Loving action to consciously forgive yourself from the burden and guilt of having at some point caused pain to yourself or another or refusing help in the past.

Through this process and accepting and loving responsibility for our actions,

We can also open ourselves to forgiveness for the actions of others.

Allow your awareness to turn more and more inward,

Slowing down inside.

Allow your body to naturally become very heavy and to feel the support of the chair or pillow beneath you while resting in the loving space of the heart.

Take a breath.

Be here right now with yourself and all the feelings.

See the bright light coming from the very core of you.

Pushing everything out with its bright light.

Feel it alchemise memories and emotions within your body.

Visualise them reaching rivers,

Tune into your feeling-sensing body now and notice any contractions or words of unkindness towards yourself or others.

Allow whatever is arising to be welcomed into the loving space of the heart.

Breathe into your heart and trust that you can transform whatever suffering or pain is surfacing.

Breathe and soften into the contraction if you are experiencing any.

And then let it flow out.
