Feel the sacred space that only you have the access to... Feel the energy that extends and connects you to the utmost power - The Universe. And from this place literally anything is possible and with this meditation, I will guide you gently to that sensation and knowing.

My sweet soul,

Welcome to this powerful manifestation meditation.

Prepare to spend the next minutes in a silent,

Comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

Make sure there are no distractions and get ready to dedicate this time to yourself.

Sit on a chair,

Cushion or bed,

With your legs crossed or feet touching the ground and with your back straight.

Now relax your neck,

Your shoulders and back muscles,

While gently maintaining a good posture.

My name is Rasa and I will be guiding you through this peaceful and powerful experience.

Let's relax the mind and body with deeper inhales and vocal exhales.

With each in-breath,

Allow peace to come.

With each out-breath,

Let go of any worries.

Try to make your exhales a bit longer and if it feels comfortable,

Add a sigh.

Welcome softness in the body and clarity in the mind,

Arriving in the present moment.

Effortlessly follow your breath.

Notice how a little longer your inhales are and how easier exhales become.

Be aware of everything this breath brings you.

Lightness,

Clearness,

Calm and peace.

Let your thoughts pass.

Be like white clouds in the sky.

Notice them,

Without following any.

But if it happens,

Allow it to happen,

With no judgement or resistance and simply come back to your breath and the body.

Now let go of your deeper breath.

Allow it to settle into the natural flow.

Feel your whole body at once.

Feel the energy pulsating in your body and the heart,

Moving this radiant energy to every single cell.

Notice any sensation in your chest area.

Expand your awareness to your stomach,

Limbs and head.

In your mind's eye,

See how bright your energy is,

How light and expansive it is increasingly becoming.

Feel the place in your body where this nurturing energy comes from.

Surrender to the feelings and sensations that begin to erupt from this place.

See yourself surrounded completely in this nurturing energy,

Flowing within a soft,

Shiny orb that is extending from you outward.

Feel the centre where the orb originates from within you.

This place may feel like a sacred area where only you have access to it and only you can truly enter and be in this space.

Before your body was born,

It was this divine space of you that manifested first,

Shining forward and leading your life,

Guiding you through peaks and valleys of your life.

From this seat of the soul,

You connect with the divine,

God,

Universe,

Whatever the name you resonate with the most.

I will use it interchangeably.

God lives in this sacred seat too.

Feel being connected with the divine and its consciousness that binds us all.

Dive in a little deeper today and allow the strength of your faith and the depth of this connection spread and expand all over you.

If you feel that something is on the way between you and the divine power,

Let it be as it is.

Do not rush to change it,

To get rid of it or to hide it.

Accept it as a fact and notice how it will change over time by itself.

The truth is,

God is in everything and everywhere and you do not have to try to find it or force yourself to feel it.

It is already within you,

Always and unconditionally.

Once the doubt drops,

You can see how clearly your heart knows.

Feel the divine maximizing the aura that you are surrounded in,

Showering the world around you in its blessing and healing energy.

Intentionally,

Open yourself even more and ask for energy of the divine power to be poured all over your being.

Say to yourself,

I am ready.

Let me feel the energizing power of light of the divine.

Let my whole being soak in it.

Let me be the witness of the mighty power of your blessings,

Universe.

Feel the divine light pouring thickly over you,

Surging into the surface of the skin and beyond,

Creating tingles and energy flows in all directions.

Find yourself in the midst of energetic sensations.

Feel your physical body being surrounded by the unique source.

You are here.

You are now.

Your life is fully in this present moment and you are present.

You are alive and are connected to this divine power that resides within and supports you from everywhere else.

Feel being enveloped in the godly light.

You,

The child of the cosmos,

The beautiful human of the rich and vibrant planet,

One with your divine creator and always leaping into the cusp of higher frequency and full awakening.

Relax a little deeper into this connection and surrender.

Encourage your physical body to relax more.

Your head,

Jaw,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Pelvic area and legs.

Let it all melt down to the center of the earth.

Feel how this divine energy hugs you ever so gently in its warm and bright light,

Soothing your emotions,

Sensations,

Washing away the thoughts,

Evening out any energetic ripples and creating a smooth,

Steady feeling of calm and buoyancy within.

Feel your cells and your body drinking in the life force that is present abundantly within the light.

Let go of any remaining resistance and become one with the divine,

Omnipresent power here and now.

You are one.

You are the best version of yourself.

You are the most powerful self.

And right now,

In this beautiful union,

You can ask for anything your heart and soul wants.

Anything you truly desire.

Anything you have been longing for.

Come up with a short statement or a feeling and manifest it to come to you.

Be unapologetically confident to request your dream.

See it in your mind's eye as it has already happened.

Feel it to be true because it is on the energetic realm and God will deliver it into the physical.

You may ask now.

You are safe and supported.

Your dream is accepted as well as your beautiful self.

The divine power is happy to help you co-create whatever you ask for.

Complete your wish through feeling a strong connection with the divine.

Trust that you will be given circumstances,

People and resources to help you make this dream come true.

You are powerful and bright.

Recognize new opportunities the divine creates for you and take action.

The seed you planted needs time.

We do not stomp our feet and demand for the seed to grow immediately.

It needs sunlight,

Water,

Simply enjoy life.

Always trusting the strong connection you made with the utmost power today.

Take a deep breath and exhale everything.

Your dream has been registered,

Imprinted and it is on its way.

Inhale freedom,

Ask the divine to help you remove it.

Your steady heartbeat.

Feel the temperature of your skin.

Your posture and points of contact with the ground slowly and gently.

Begin to move your toes,

Fingers.

Stretch your neck.

Roll out your wrists.

Maybe stretch your arms.

Welcoming in a yawn.

And when you are ready,

Open those beautiful eyes.
