This is Rasa.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
As you begin to find comfort,
Take the time for it.
Take all of the space required to locate the quiet within your mind.
Time turning lower and lower.
Pauses growing longer and longer.
Sinking heavier and heavier into a feeling of ease,
Calmness,
Peace.
Affording yourself this very moment to effort less.
Breathe in deeply,
Fully.
Breathe out slowly,
Smoothly.
Moving in such a way that you can feel the air fill into your entire body,
Your entire frame.
Moving and expanding in all directions to touch the parameters of your body at the same time.
And when you breathe out,
Draw the breath back to the very centre of your core.
In breath,
Creating space.
Out breath,
Returning to source.
Feel how shells of protection naturally drop as you exhale.
Air falls and vanishes away.
Parts of your body that may be bracing begin to let go.
Your jaw unclenches.
Your heart unlocks.
Your skin softens.
Really let yourself be held by the essence of you.
Slow down.
Permit for the moment to catch and tenderly hold you.
Cradle you.
Nowhere else to go.
Nothing else to do.
You are laying here in silence.
You are laying here in stillness.
With your awareness,
Dive into the workings of what is happening underneath the plane of your skin.
The rivers of energy that are currently pulsing flowing through you.
The life force that is intuitively instructing your heart to beat.
Instinctively encouraging your lungs to breathe.
Feel so very intentionally into what is happening below the surface.
Deep within the vessel of who you are.
You needn't be familiar with the energy body to be able to feel into it.
After all,
This is you.
This is your energy.
All that is required is a moment of quiet.
A moment of inner focus.
A curious and willing mind.
Bring your focus inward.
Feel.
Really feel the vital energy that perpetually outpouring within you.
Your own vibrant aliveness.
And now,
Allow the internal energy to move and flow in every direction.
Radiating outward,
Beyond the borders of your body,
Your skin.
Cascading diagonally,
Horizontally,
In front and behind you.
Filling the room in which you lay with your energy,
Your intention.
Bring it to swell from deep within your frame and stream out to fill the entire space.
Let the whole room ignited by your invisible but palpable essence.
See if you can now disconnect your mind from your body.
The linking of your body and your mind slowly,
Gently pull apart.
Dissolve.
Unbind.
As if in your own way you can detach the physicality of your being with the mental workings of your mind.
Take time to welcome the separation of your mind and your body.
Detaching from thinking,
From questioning,
From analysing.
Feeling more into sensation and feeling.
There is no right or wrong way to do this.
Simply offer yourself this experience.
Shifting and redirecting your energy,
Your life source,
In whatever manner you see fit.
Body relaxed,
Mind at ease.
Pervading and separating the two.
Tuning into the pervading,
The infinite energy cursing below your skin and radiating out to fill the room in which you lay or sit.
Feel how your relationship to the space you're in becomes less defined.
The boundaries of you and the space that you're in become less clear.
Borders dissolve.
Become less sharp.
Less defined.
There is an unexplainable collaboration of oneness through this very process of dissolving.
A wholeness,
A union between you and all that surrounds you.
Pause.
Relish here for some time.
Embracing nothingness.
Nothingness and everything.
All at once.
