It is better to spend this time laying down with your arms and legs uncrossed,
So you can relax as much as you can and let go of physical tension.
Take a deeper breath in and close your eyes,
Pushing air out from your lips.
Let's settle in now.
Find the darkness behind your eyelids.
Hear the sounds around you.
Feel the temperature of the environment on your skin.
Feel your heartbeat.
Notice your steady breath.
Allow your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Back and lower back,
Hips and legs to relax.
Let your whole body drop any tension and push deeper into the ground.
Now you start the travel toward your true self.
Notice any present words or emotions and sensations in your physical body.
Strain,
Tingling,
Pulsation,
Warmth.
Sensations can be very clear or not obvious at all.
Feel the energy running through all your body parts.
You may find it gently making its way through your veins or radiating brightly from your cells.
In your mind's eye,
Follow the energy paths and admire how lively your body is.
Place your attention on your heart.
Stay with its rhythm for a few moments.
Follow the heartbeat and define the pauses between them.
This is where your wishes,
Desires and energy are born.
It is also a home of your higher self.
The one that does not know any fear or limitation.
Doubt or hesitation.
Your true self is limitless and abundant.
It is pure love and wisdom.
It is light and bright.
Powerful and eternal.
It is mother nature and divine together,
Living inside of you.
Through finding an emotion of simple,
Pure love,
Reach with it to feel the energy of the divine part of you,
Your higher self.
This part of you may seem like a dot within.
Your mind tries to dominate this notion.
It's quite the opposite.
Your higher self part is very vast.
So vast,
It spreads from your heart,
All over your body,
Creating a dreamy fog around it.
Find your connection,
That you can feel or see.
The one between your heart and your higher self.
Whatever this feels or looks like,
Obvious or very subtle,
Listen carefully to your heart now and receive a message from your higher self.
Sense the message spreading out of your heart to your body.
Feel the space inside your body and let it be filled with everything your higher self sends you.
Let this message from within fill your head and relax your brain.
Feel it clear your thoughts,
Melting doubts,
Leaving lightness and calmness instead.
Allow the message from the higher self to stay in your mind and to begin to change old thinking patterns,

This love exists at all times,
Even if you forget or lose sight of it,
It is always here for you,
Right at your heart.
You can reach it with every heartbeat,

Stay in this aura of love and send this energy to the parts of your body and soul that you want to heal.
See all your fears,
Traumas,
Drama,
Emotional swings and problems being covered in love and getting smaller and smaller.
