And take another deep breath in and out.
And now see yourself walking in a beautiful meadow in a forest.
You're hearing the birds and you're feeling the sun and a light breeze on your face.
It's very beautiful and you're feeling very calm and relaxed.
And in the middle of that meadow there's an angel awaits for you.
Walk towards him closer and closer.
He came to meet you in this place.

The name of this angel is Koel.
And he's asking you to come with him for a walk.
And you continue to walk in this beautiful forest.
And Koel is asking you what is it that you want to know?
Answer him.

They are magical water.
And this drinking of water is not only nourishing your body,

These waters are the wisdom of the Creator,
The wisdom of the universe.
Allow this water to spread out through your body and light up every cell in your body.
And let the Creator wash over you with its infinite wisdom and light.

This water is not just for you.
You can let other people drink.
You can share this wisdom with anyone who would listen.

You lower the bucket down into the depth of the well.
And again,
See yourself lowering your guards,
Lowering the blockages that the ego created for you.
Lowering the notion that I'm good with what I have.
Because you know deep down in your soul that you want more.
You want more wisdom,
More light,
More success,
More happiness and more love in your life.

Pull the bucket up and imagine being able to share this magical water with all the people that you love and care about,
