Meditation Timer OnlineI am a burn survivor, and my work is rooted in lived experience. My body has known pain, healing, patience, and profound transformation. There was a time when sensation meant survival, when every breath, every movement, and every moment asked something deeper of me. Recovery taught me how to listen to my body in a way I never had before. It taught me that healing isn’t something we force. It’s something we allow. Through my own journey, I discovered that the body holds memory, emotion, and wisdom. When we create space for softness, safety, and presence, something within us begins to remember how to rest, how to trust, and how to feel whole again.
