Just plain loved this, from the bowls to the delivery. One affirmation in the mix is not one I hear often but honestly MUST hear more often - that I respect and honor my body's need for rest. It's about 4:27 am right now and I'm only now getting ready to sleep. Laundry and hobbies kept me moving, and the one yawn I had at around midnight went unheeded. Given my multiple sleep disorders, I need to be paying more attention to such matters and, as the affirmation states, respect and honor this need for rest. I think I might have given this a five star rating solely for including that one affirmation! ☺️
In keeping with that, I will NOT continue putting the laundry away beyond what is already done. I am ready for bed otherwise, so I shall honor that need and see what sleep may come. (Probably with the assistance of one of the brainwave entrainment/binaural beat tracks, as that seems about the only way I CAN get to sleep these days.)
