Let's begin this meditation by softening your gaze or gently closing your eyes if this feels comfortable.
Begin to find stillness and connect to your breath.
Breathing in through the nose,
Filling up the belly and exhaling through an open mouth.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the jaw.
Settle deeper into stillness as you inhale again,
Filling the belly,
Open mouth exhale.
Placing a hand over your heart and one on your belly.
One more big deep breath in and open mouth sigh it out.
Energy is everything and everything is energy.
All things and all beings are made up of energetic frequencies.
All of our living cells are operating at frequencies and vibratory levels.
We are energetic beings with highways full of constant energy flowing.
These highways run throughout our bodies and pass through major energy centers known as chakras.
At certain points in our lives these centers,
These energy centers can become blocked or clogged from stagnant energy,
Emotions or toxic energy.
In order to maintain this optimal energy and vibratory health it's essential to know how to clear these energetic channels.
And when we clear these channels we open up and allow for full potential and full expansion.
In this meditation we will focus on using visualizations of colors and vibrations associated with each chakra center to help clear that center dislodging and disrupting old stagnant energy.
Making room and space for clear free flowing potential.
Take a big deep breath in with me now and exhale sigh.
During this meditation I will say the chakra,
I will tell you the color to associate with and visualize and I will say the sound or vibration associated with the chakra.
Use your imagination to visualize the color swirling in the center and say out loud or to yourself the vibratory sound associated to help move and clear the energy.
Take a deep breath in and exhale sigh.
The first chakra is the root chakra located at the base of the spine.
This is your energetic center where stability,
Security and safety resides.
The color associated with the root chakra is red.
Imagine a ruby red swirling energy at the base of your spine swirling ever so gently.
The sound is LAM.
LAM.
I am a divine being of light.
I am peaceful,
Protected and safe.
LAM.
Moving up the energetic channel to the second chakra,
The sacral chakra located just below the navel.
This is your energy center for all things creativity.
The color is orange.
Imagine a beautiful vibrant orange just below the navel area swirling energetically.
The sound is VOM.
VOM.
VOM.
I am creating an authentic life full of bliss.
VOM.
The next energy center chakra,
The solar plexus located just above the navel area.
This is the center associated with self worth and power,
Self confidence.
The color is yellow,
Beautiful vibrant sunshine yellow swirling in that center of the belly.
The sound is ROM.
ROM.
ROM.
I am powerful,
Confident.
Success flows easily for me.
ROM.
Moving up to the next chakra,
The heart chakra located in the chest in the heart center.
The color is green.
This is the center for love,
Joy and inner peace.
In green swirling heart centered energy.
The sound is YOM.
YOM.
YOM.
I give and receive love freely.
I live joy and peace.
YOM.
The next chakra is the throat chakra.
This is the energy center for clear communication and speaking your truth.
The color is blue.
Imagine a brilliant beautiful blue swirling at the throat center.
The sound is HOM.
HOM.
HOM.
I speak my truth clearly and confidently.
HOM.
Continuing up the chakra energetic chain,
The third eye chakra located just between the eyes,
The center of the brow.
This is the center for intuition,
Imagination and wisdom.
The color is indigo purple.
Imagine a beautiful brilliant purple color between the eyebrows swirling strong and confidently.
The sound is SHOM.
SHOM.
SHOM.
I am tuned into divine and I follow the path with trust and inner knowing.
SHOM.
The final chakra energy center is the crown chakra located at the tip of the head.
This is the portal and the connection to spirit,
To self.
The color is violet white.
Imagine a brilliant beautiful violet white color at the crown of your head swirling,
Opening the portal to all of the higher consciousness.
The sound is HOM.
HOM.
HOM.
I am one with the higher self and the divine spirit.
HOM.
HOM.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Coming back to awareness,
Knowing that using these tools of vibration and visualization you have the power and the capacity to clear your energy centers,
Making room,
Opening up a clear channel so that energy can be free flowing from the base to the crown so that you can give and receive all that is available.
You have the power to align and expand so that you can live the most vibrant expanded and aligned life.
